In Rotermain Mortis went with Marina to the entrance of the castle of Baron Franz because she should feel safe since he noticed her uneasiness to be surrounded only by the common people. At the entrance they were stopped by soldiers, but one was quickly sent to tell the Baron that Marina had arrived from Tannenburg to see Franz.

A tall man with red hair and a long red beard came to the entrance dressed in a green and brown robe, Baron Franz was very surprised by the visit but also happy to welcome a distant relative. After 5 hours he was at the last graveyard and collected even now 430 souls because the whole country has been cleaned and all wandering souls made the way to the graveyard. Mortis felt a tremor and as the sky briefly seemed as if he would also tremble but it happened nothing. This surprised Mortis, but the system immediately gave a message. While the coachman drove off Mortis immediately fell asleep using the whole 10 hours the coachman drove and then he got up by himself when the coach came to a stop so he got out of the coach thanked him and went his way. On the way he took out a spirit to collect herbs for him in his vicinity if he is already walking around it should also be worthwhile.

After 8 hours of walking and occasionally running, he managed to arrive at night. When he went back to the spirit realm to go to his room without that in one sees. The next morning when the servant came in and Mortis was standing naked in front of her she almost got a heart attack from fright and instinctively ran out of the room screeching which made many other servants and guards rush to the room but they wondered what was going on when they saw Helga and Mortis only after a few moments they realized that he was not supposed to be here and no one knew that he had arrived.

Mortis was always happy to see those stupid surprised faces that don't know what's going on but before he could explain Baron Jochen arrived who was also very surprised to see Mortis in his room. When everything calmed down Mortis went with the Baron to the study.

In the study Mortis told the Baron what a great group they had and how the tank leads the group he found simply fascinating of course Mortis told it to show again how incompetent against Martin is on which he just ate a fool.

The Baron realized that Mortis didn't like being stuck here so he made a deal with Mortis that he would take care of Helga and help her improve and Mortis would move on but come back after 30 days so they could finish the bear tree together.

Mortis was thrilled with this idea, Helga was sure he could level up and get stronger and he could learn everything about the new area without putting Helga in danger there later so he gladly accepted the deal.

As soon as they finished talking, a crystal lit up on Jochen's table and Baron Fritz could be seen in the crystal. Mortis was sent out which was fine with him since he didn't want to know what they were talking about nor did he want to know about politics.

Mortis went back to Helga's room and explained the deal he had made with Baron Jochen which Helga didn't like at all but she knew it was no use complaining as it would only fall on deaf ears and Mortis would still do his thing.

So Helga closed the door and undressed then she said. Then we must let it crash today but properly if we both do not see us for so long.
