Broken

"Are you ready to be abandoned, Eclipse?" The person asked, leaning into his ears as the two made eye contact once again. 

Instead of breaking into a distressed expression, Eclipse simply gave Aseko an understanding smile. "That's alright." He said without a hint of worry or malice in his voice. "He can do as he wishes. If he wants me to be gone then I shall disappear. If he wishes that I be no more then, I shall be no more." 

"You certainly are fond of this person." The figure said, a hint of bitterness in his tone but it is quickly hidden, out of sight. "I wonder what he did to gain such affection from you." 

"He has done … everything for me." Eclipse said in a fond voice, not even paying attention to the figure beside him as he watches Brianne rush to him, checking to see if he is alright. "I suppose I have done enough."
