First clear of the dungeon

The Boss growled and swiped its large claw at Shen Rou who calmly made a small movement dodging to the side and executing <Shield Bash> on the Boss's head. The Boss staggered half a step back with a stunned state but the state which was supposed to last for about 3 seconds wore off immediately. But the brief stunned state allowed Xingyao and Qingyuan to bombard the Boss with skills and spells.

Xuan Yuan smiled as he watched them while fighting the seven lackeys. 'They are doing quite well' He muttered. He was only expecting them to hold the Boss back but now they even managed to damage him by 2%. That's a sign of progress.

Xuan Yuan quickly killed the lackeys and joined the girls who had managed to reduce the Boss' HP by 20%.

Xuan Yuan stood by the side and only struck a few times to assist leaving the Boss solely to the girls who continuously reduced its HP every passing second.

80%... 70%... 60%... 50%... 40%... 35%... 30%...

"Retreat!" Xuan Yuan cried just when the Boss' HP dropped to 30%. The girls who couldn't stop in time attacked the Boss only to find out that the Boss has entered an invincibility state at 30% HP. They quickly stepped back in retreat and gathered around Xuan Yuan.

"What's happening?" Qingyuan asked.

"He's entered his Berserk state" Xuan Yuan said as he watched the Boss who currently was growing bigger with dark lights radiating from its body. Xuan Yuan noticed a kind of complex Magic array forming around it boosting his attributes by a large margin. Xuan Yuan quietly studied the Magic array as it was being formed from start to finish.

ROAR!! the Boss shouted once the Magic array was complete. Now his attributes had increased by a large margin and his aura stifled the breath of the four girls.

"Let me fight him" Xuan Yuan said as the Boss stared menacingly at the five as if saying: 'How will you fight me now?'

Xuan Yuan stepped forward with his Sword unsheathed. He didn't plan to fight the Boss with skills now either, just fight normally.

The Boss roared once again before biting towards Xuan Yuan who raised his Sword and slashed ordinarily at the Boss.

In the Eastern Sublime castle, the girls smiled in relief when they saw the Boss disappear into a beam of light. They had cleared the dungeon!

Xuan Yuan stepped forward and began looting the items and magic stones dropped.

"Good..." Xuan Yuan muttered as he picked the droppings. A total of 15 items were dropped. Ten of them were Silver rank items including 3 Silver rank weapons. The other items were a bunch of Wolves meat that can be used for cooking.

Foods in the game are not only for replenishing their energy, they also provide some boons that temporarily or permanently increase players attributes so food items are also valuable in the game.

Xuan Yuan gave the items to the girls and prepared to leave the dungeon. None of the equipments were for Swordmen and they're not useful to him either so he left them for the girls.

He located the teleportation array that'd transport them out and left the dungeon...

"They are outside!" A player shouted as Xuan Yuan and the four girls appeared in a flash of light. In an instant, various loud sounds erupted as players gathered in a frenzy and surrounded Xuan Yuan outside of the resurrection clicking their tongues while looking at them as if they are looking at delicious delicacies.

Xuan Yuan narrowed as he scanned the number of players present. The girls instinctively readied their weapons when they noticed the killing intent directed at them.

"What is the meaning of all this?" Xuan Yuan began. "What animosity is there between us that you corner us like this?" He asked.

"Sword Mage, don't you know of what's happening in town? We've been asked to kill you!" A player shouted...

"A bounty has been placed on your head!" Yue Ying said.

"That's right, Sword Mage your head is worth a fortune. I wonder what Devil King is thinking to place so much on your head" A player standing at the fore front said...
