Affirmations are things you say to yourself as you are trying to shift, and you can say them during the day while doing anything really.
What are some affirmations?
Some affirmations you can use are
- I have shifted
- I am shifting
- I will shift
- Shifting makes me happy
There are others, but these are the more common ones.
Why should we say affirmations?
Affirmations reassure our subconscious belief in shifting realities and that it is something that will make you happy. It also is helpful when you're shifting because it helps you stay concentrated.
