Chapter 20: Nice Roasted Meat

After selecting the talent, Soro walks up to the boar dead body and uses his boar summoning skill. Then the boar carcass suddenly disappears, and next to it, a similar boar suddenly come out of nowhere.

Looking at his new summon, Soro walks up to pet its body a few times and smile in satisfaction. "Finally! A tier 1 summon that can be in some use. But it is a shame. The tier 1 rage is useless on this summon. Spending extra mana to equip a skill that eases a bit of pain to an object that has no real feeling is a waste of mana."

After that, Soro starts testing the boar strength and ability for a bit. Then he proceeded to continue exploring the forest again with his summons.

About 2 hours later, Soro decided to take a break from exploring and make a fire to roast some meat. Kiki comes closer to Soro and says: "Boss! I think we are lost."

"Yeah, I figured that out a while ago. That's why I decided to take a break. It seems that both of us are not good with direction and memorizing the map."

While roasting the meat, Soro notices that animals are coming in his direction, because of the smell from the meat. Soro just ignores that. He let his summon go and kill the attracted animal for the experience.

Thinking to himself. "I should do this more rather than going out to find prey. Better let them come to me instead."

About 10 minutes into cooking, Soro managed to upgrade his wolf summoning skill, a few times. Now he can summon 15 wolves. But it is not stopping yet. Because more wolfs are coming.

About 10 more minutes, 10 more wolves died. So now he can summon 20 wolfs and a new upgrade requires 3 kills. Soro is enjoying eating while looking at his system log. Whenever a wolf dies, he re-summon them and sends them back to Kiki. He only keeps a bear, a newly obtain boar, 2 wolves, and some monkeys around him.

Monkeys are staying on trees to observe if anything slip past Kiki group and the rest just stay close to Soro to protect him.

While eating some deer meat, Soro notices that more of his wolves are dying quickly one after another. Ignore the sound of wolves howling nearby, he just summon more wolves and quickly eats his food. Thinking that a wolf pack is coming his way. So he needs to hurry up, in case his summon are outnumber by the pack, he might need to escape.

But then Soro pause for a second, looking at a new skill: Tier 1 wolf summoning. Then Soro starts to smile widely. "Well done, Kiki!" Then he summon the new wolf quickly and sends it back up Kiki.

This is a rare encounter. Every second is gold. After putting some more meat into his mouth, he stands up to wipe his hand on the bear fur and starts walking to find Kiki group.

After getting close to Kiki area, Soro witness a chaotic fight once more. But this time, it's between his summon and a wolf pack.

With a quick observation, he spotted three tier1 wolfs on the enemy side. Two tier1 wolfs are ganging up on his tier 1 wolf. And a single tier 1 wolf is fighting with 5 normal summon wolves. Then Soro sends out his boar and bear to join as well.

After a while, all wild wolfs are dead. But that's not the end. Soro turns in a direction and sees a group of bears this time. There is 2 tier 1 bears among the group as well.

Soro could not help but show a big smile on his face. "Now it's time for round 2."

After finishing his word, all his summon start to charge into the bear group and start killing.
