166 Giving Citizenship

Ignoring the voice of Deadpool in the distance I refocused on the situation at hand. I sat down on the couch, a disturbed Fleur sitting beside me and grasping my right arm as if i was her lifeline in this moment. I pet her shaking hands before settling my sight back on Selene, the strikingly beautiful woman sitting on the other side of the couch.

"That makes a lot more sense. Since you have been honest with me, i will be honest with you."

She slouched back into the couch as her hand rested on the knee of her right leg that was currently crossed over her left leg. Everyone else had since moved to the bar and had begun to drink, Tony drinking some scotch as of this moment with Thor following him in the drinking.

"Go ahead."

"Well, if you wished, i could change you from what you are to something more advanced and it wouldn't require you to fight within this External group."

Selene's eyes widened and I could hear her breathing hitch ever so slightly at the prospect. Fleur was amazed and squeezed my arm harder, her resolve to be out of this mess showing.

"...And what would you require of me?"

"A few dates... Maybe meeting my other women so they can get a read on you. Or you can make a lover's bond with me right now and I can do it right now."

She grew nervous as i finished my second offer, her eyes closing and small beads of sweat collecting at the top of her hairline. Her breathing was steady and intentionally calm, whilst her heartbeat was thumping methodically. It was if she was forcing herself to be extremely calm with relation to this decision. After a minute of silence, where Fleur had burrowed up beside me in worry, Selene finally made her answer. Her eyes opened and she sighed deeply.

"I will take the first option, i have nothing but time and if my life has taught me anything, taking things too quick can lead to ones death."

'Isn't that what I've been doing?'

[Mhm.] (Kali)

[Totally!] (Skadi)

[Yes Emelia.] (Pixel)

[For sure honey...] (Oceana)

My head drooped a little at their confirmation... 'Maybe i need to slow down and rest, especially considering i am pregnant.'

"Okay then, well, I am done here then... You can't have Fleur but you will be able to come visit us in Atlantis. Here is some proof of citizenship, you can visit whenever. Tony! here is yours!" I threw Tony's Citizenship along with his teleportation extension for his phone, giving Selene's to her before i did that.

"Guys, I'm out! I'll see you all at another time, if you need me talk to Tony. Bye!" With one quick movement of my mana i scooped me and Fleur up, making sure to keep a magical sensor in Tony's penthouse in case Selene decided to be immature.

...

We appeared within the control tower of Atlantis, Skadi and Kali currently talking over some polices when we did. They didn't even stop their conversation and opted to ignore us for the moment.

Fleur was surprisingly happy as she looked around the room and saw all of the technological marvels and the crystalline archway that was the mana leyline. Slowly, after i let her soak in the moment, I began to take her towards Skadi and Kali. The two were speaking on annual crop harvests and rate of growth amongst the populous and how they could keep these things steady.

"Skadi, Kali, good to see you, we have a few new citizens today. One being this fine beauty, another one another fine beauty and lastly we have Tony Stark... He should be coming over in a little while and wanting to look at everything technological, don't allow him to unless one of you, myself or Himari/Aurélie Is with him."

"No problems! Now, cutie, come over here I'll make you your citizenship and your housing. Seeing as how you are a high profile guest of Emelia's you can stay in the central tower and request a meeting whenever you want."

"Ah, okay..." Her words were now in English which lead me to believe she was speaking French because she didn't usually like speaking English.

'The French are still arrogant huh...?'

"Well, I'm out, please look after her Skadi."

"Will do boss!"

I left the room and teleported to my apartment, which was still empty as my other women were still at their jobs or doing their own things. Oceana was the only one there right now but she was busy messing with an assault rifle, trying to adapt it into becoming a railgun.

Shaking my head I began to pour over my status sheet and considered what i should do to make myself more powerful... 'Hold on, what if I used random merge and used my infinite luck to my advantage?'
