Though that plan never worked out for him and, in the end he was left to strive on his own as best as he could in the environment he was left in. He explored the towns library and any books he could find in his Clan even if they were useless. Years on years of doing such things eventually led him into stumbling across a book that would help push him towards the thing he wanted the most. "The Basic Guide To The Astral Path" This book may not of been special to anyone in the long run but, it was to him because, it was his new beginning. With this new path available to him would he be able to push through all the obstacles and hardships waiting for him or in the end will he stumble and fall? Time To Leave

Feeling her body practically go limp in his arms Xilo tried to sit her back down. "I didn't pay enough attention." He had known all along how much she really had been pushing herself, still he let her. "Even now." Noticing her hand moving towards her work, Xilo felt pain. It was almost like she didn't even notice what was going on around her. Grabbing her hand, he held her back from doing anything else. There was no way he could let her continue in her current state. She weakly pushed against him despite all of that though. With a twitch of anger Xilo watched.

"Just one...more thing..."

She kept repeating that as her head swirled relentlessly as the want to sleep tried to take over. Mindlessly she repeated that sentence as she tried to reach for the last ingredient she needed. Once she added that she was practically done and she could finally rest. "I feel so weak." For some reason she felt like her Astral Energy was slipping away with each passing second. Her hand never reached the table though no matter how hard she tried. Standing there holding her back, Xilo didn't know what to do as he heard her broken voice. "I hate it." Silently he let go of her hand as his whole body revolted against that decision.

He watched as her hand blindly traversed the table looking for what she needed for a few seconds. "...." This is probably the reason she insisted so heavily to keep on working. If she didn't she probably never would have finished it with the way she was right now. He was almost positive she was doing it purely based on muscle memory now. She was awake and he saw her eyes open but nothing about the current Tearia felt alive. He could feel his own anger bubbling up to the surface as he tried to control it. It had been a while since his last Blade Attack ever since he started to use those blades however he could feel it could begin after a long absence.

That violent pulse that attacked him for a days on end in the past and he knew the exact reason why. "Her, myself and whoever the hell did this." Locking himself, he sat back down on the chair as he watched her finish her work. "I'm just being dumb, calm down." Pain started to attack his body as the blades inside stabbed his insides and cut parts of him open before quickly healing. This was always the thing he had tried to hide from Xelfia in the past when he could. Now though, he didn't have much choice. He couldn't leave Tearia's side when she was like this so he had to truly deal with this pain. Feeling his body begin to sweat and attack itself more he took deep breaths as the night went on for the both of them. Just in case he also put some distance between them.

With another hour passing Xilo felt himself calming down as Tearia finally finished her work. The second she did he saw her body collapse as he dashed to her side and grabbed her very carefully. A few blades had poked through his skin and he wanted to make sure she didn't get stabbed by any. Patting her head very lightly he whispered a few words to her as he felt his own body relax. His blades disappeared letting him use his body but that anger didn't fade. "Easier than the last times." In the past it had always been horribly painful and lasted a long time and while this time still had the pain, it didn't last as long.

"Probably used to it more now with all the times they have appeared recently."

Looking at Xeflia and Relia sleeping on the only bed, Xilo debated where to put Tearia. "I can't wake them..." Lifting Tearia up in his arms he searched around a bit in Relda's room for something. Eventually he found a spare blanket as he laid it on the ground. Lying her down he made sure it was at least somewhat comfortable as he took some water from his bag a little bit away. Taking a drink himself he gave some to her as she stared up at the ceiling. "Good job." Sitting beside her, he watched over her to make sure she was alright. With some time passing Tearia closed her eyes as she fell asleep.

"So tired...."

"I know, now rest."

The most important thing she needed was sleep if she wanted to get better. Unable to sleep himself he let the night pass as morning came. With the sun peeking through a little bit he heard some shuffling around from the bed as Xelfia and Relia woke up. Saying morning to them, they walked over as they looked at Tearia still sleeping on the ground. He told them what happened as he pointed towards the table where the finished product was sitting. "Idiot." Looking at Tearia's current condition that was all Xelfia could think.

"Well we're done here now, right?"

"Yes we are, once Relda comes by we'll give it to her and be on our way. Tearia will be taking a very long and well rested break as we travel. I'm sure you two are alright with that."

Noticing Kirel walking over to him as well he gave her a few pets as they discussed things.

"What about Telan?"

"We can go slow and see how Tearia is by the time we arrive. Once we get there we can think about it more in depth. For now I just need to make sure Tearia is okay. Once she is awake...."

"Are you sure, you can trust her word on her current condition Xilo, she's like this because of that after all."

"....Fine, I'll ask Relda to bring another doctor by then. With the cure made they should be a little more free. I'm sure they won't deny that request then."

"Good and speaking of Relda, I think I can hear her coming now."

Xelfia was right, within a few seconds Relda opened the tent door and saw all of them huddling on the ground talking to each other.

"Good morning, how are you all today?"

She didn't see Tearia yet as she moved closer. Xilo knew it was time to leave now.

Enjoy.
