He explored the towns library and any books he could find in his Clan even if they were useless. Years on years of doing such things eventually led him into stumbling across a book that would help push him towards the thing he wanted the most. "The Basic Guide To The Astral Path" This book may not of been special to anyone in the long run but, it was to him because, it was his new beginning. With this new path available to him would he be able to push through all the obstacles and hardships waiting for him or in the end will he stumble and fall? Some Relief

Xilo gave them a moment to register what had happened. He wanted to make sure he broke that last bit of hope that they had deep down. There was no one coming to save them anymore, their time was up. Once he was sure that had registered in their minds Xilo kicked aside Delfex's body along the other. Pulling out a dagger Xilo knew there was no longer any point in keeping them around, especially Hunter. Hunter looked at him while not saying a single word. All his fancy words had disappeared now, there was nothing he could say to change his outcome.

"This is how it ends eh."

His whole life he thought his end would be very different. He figured he would have died pissing off some big shot at the very least or eventually dying of old age. He never would have thought it would be in the end of someone so much weaker than him, with no chance to fight back. Getting closer Xilo played no games as his Ice dagger began to burn his hand. "For everything you've done to Relia." The things he had in the past to Relia could never be forgiven. Touching his blade to his neck Xilo took a deep breath as he heard Hazel release a small scream.

"Ahhh."

Blood dripped down his blade as he exhaled all the air he gathered up. Pushing the blade deeper at the same time Xilo slashed straight through Hunter's neck without hesitating. If he did, he might end up rethinking his decision and that would be horrible. Life left Hunter's eyes while he stared at his killer. Sounds of struggling left his mouth but his destroyed throat prevented him from speaking. Gasping for air he tried to keep himself as the Devil in front of him silently finished the job. "This is the end." Light faded from his eye as he met the end.

"bla....aahhhh....yooo.....uuuu.."

Broken English mixed with the sound of blood came out.

"Hate me, despise me. I don't really care. You brought this upon yourself and you know that better than anyone. You tortured Relia for years on end, constantly putting her through hell. I'm sure you also hurt plenty more people just for your stupid selfish goals. Now that you're on the opposite end I will make sure you meet the fate you deserve without mercy. You'll never hurt her again."

Spitting that out, Xilo's dagger reached the end of Hunter's throat as the life finally faded from his eyes. Hunter had completely stopped breathing, reaching the end of his life. "It's over." Feeling a bit of relief that Hunter was finally dead Xilo took a big breath as he looked over towards Hazel. She had also been a pain in his side but she had never done anything as bad as Hunter. "What to do with you?" Thinking it over in his head, Xilo crushed the bloody blade in hand into shards of bloody ice. He had to make sure he told Vando as well that Hunter was officially dead, he was probably going to be happy to hear that.

Contemplating what to do with Hazel next, Xilo heard someone enter the room behind him. Turning around he saw Katrin standing there, peering over his shoulder at Hunter's now dead body. Raising an eye at Xilo's cruelty, Katrin shrugged her shoulders. "If he didn't I was going to." Checking to make sure he was really dead Katrin looked at the scared girl that was left in the room. "Hmmm." Checking her over she saw a hint of potential in the girl. "She's weak and a bit too old...but." There was a spark somewhere deep within waiting to be ignited. That was something she could make use of if she raised it right.

"What do you plan on doing with this girl Xilo, killing her as well?"

"I hadn't really decided yet. She isn't Hunter level's of bad but she was quite annoying. It'd be easiest to kill her honestly but I don't really care, why?"

"If you can't figure out what to do with her, do you mind handing her over to me to take care of?"

Xilo was a bit surprised to hear Katrin wanted Hazel but he didn't decline. If that was what she wanted then he would gladly give her to Katrin.Nodding his head Xilo agreed without really asking any questions. Even if Katrin killed her tomorrow it didn't matter. Now that he had sorted that all out, Xilo looked at the three bodies in the room. "We did it." It almost felt like a dream in a way but he knew it was real. The nerves were screaming at him clearly enough to realise that. "Now to celebrate." With them finally gone and out of the way Xilo could use a bit of a break before they headed off to their next task.

"Care to celebrate with us a bit Katrin, it's quite a big victory for us."

"Sure, just give me a bit. Why don't you head back for now and take a little break. I'll stay here and handle the bodies."

"Alright sure, I'll see you in a bit."

Nodding his head, Xilo left Katrin alone as he went to meet up with everyone else to get ready for a celebration.

Heading to the dining room, that was where everyone was making preparations. He wanted to talk with Xelfia a bit especially after her sudden appearance earlier. She was very unexpected but she had saved him the trouble of an annoying fight. So he wanted to properly thank her and make sure her injury was alright. Then he could enjoy himself for the rest of the night in peace.

"It feels like a burden's been lifted."

He felt a bit lighter with each step he walked, spotting Xelfia up ahead he picked up the pace.

"Hey Xelfia, I wanted to talk with you and thank you for earlier."

Hopefully I can get back to normal soon. Hopefully

Enjoy.
