Though that plan never worked out for him and, in the end he was left to strive on his own as best as he could in the environment he was left in. He explored the towns library and any books he could find in his Clan even if they were useless. Years on years of doing such things eventually led him into stumbling across a book that would help push him towards the thing he wanted the most. "The Basic Guide To The Astral Path" This book may not of been special to anyone in the long run but, it was to him because, it was his new beginning. With this new path available to him would he be able to push through all the obstacles and hardships waiting for him or in the end will he stumble and fall? It Won't Be Easy

Hearing a voice that was familiar to Eli coming from behind he turned around and spotted his Granddaughter standing there awake. Looking at her stand there somewhat weakly relief filled his body as he almost didn't know what to do at that moment. He had known she would be alright eventually but that still didn't stop his thoughts of what if or when. Now seeing her so suddenly appearing in front of him, he was shocked. So instead of thinking about it he let his body move on his own as he rushed to her side and grabbed her into a hug completely ignoring her question as tears soon filled his eyes.

"Tearia...."

Feeling some shock at how her Grandfather was acting so suddenly Tearia was caught off guard by his hug and became completely trapped and unable to say another word. Struggling a little she tried to crawl out of his grasp but he was simply too strong to escape from so all she could do was accept it and hug him back. This was the first time she had seen her Grandfather act like this so she knew she had worried him quite a bit this time around.

"What's all this commotion?"

Coming out of her office Tearia's Grandmother came to where she was hearing all the noise and spotted her husband practically strangling their granddaughter while crying. But seeing Tearia all the questions she had disappeared as she ran up and did the same.

"Ow.."

With another impact hitting her back Tearia let a muffled cry of pain as her grandmother smothered her as well. "I'm not going to pass out again am I?" Feeling so much pressure she felt like she might collapse at any minute at this point. Yet more than anything Tearia felt loved. Deciding to enjoy the moment as much as possible the three of them sat in a ball of hugs for the next couple of minutes until Tearia's Grandmother finally spoke up and separated herself with her Grandfather following along as they finally both calmed down and wiped the tears from their eyes.

"When did you wake up tearia? How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine, Just feel a little weak that's all...But."

Tearia was happy they were both so worried about her but right now that wasn't the most important thing to her so after answering her Grandmother's questions she tried to bring up what she had wanted to say. Thankfully both of them were here now so it was perfect for her. Hearing Tearia trail off and seemingly wanting to say something they both stopped fussing about as they looked at her and waited to hear what she had to say. Turning to her Grandfather first and spoke those same words again with a little more courage this time around.

"Umm...Grandfather, can you teach me how to fight once again...please?"

But before he could reply Tearia quickly turned to her Grandmother and asked something similar.

"And Grandmother...can you teach me about medicine again as well?"

Almost with a begging look she asked those questions and quickly shrunk back a little hanging her head. She already had them teach her these things in the past but besides learning the basics she never strived to go further and it made her feel like she let them down so now asking them again after so long Tearia felt a little complicated about the whole matter. However it was something she had to do if she wanted to start changing. So with as much courage as she could muster she asked and hoped as she waited in silence that was almost deafening to her ears for their replies.

10 seconds passed.....

20 seconds....

40 seconds...

Until eventually a minute passed with no reply until she finally heard the voice of her grandfather speak up. Tensing up she dug her nails into her hand as she waited to hear what they had to say.

"What brough-"

Fortunately that was cut short as Eli's wife literally shut his mouth with her Astral Energy and interrupted his question. Looking over at her, he was a little confused but all he got in return was a death stare. Seeing that tingles traveled down his spine as he knew he had almost messed up. Though he wasn't exactly sure how. After stopping her husband from making a big mistake she turned back to tearia and gently approached her. Placing her hand on Tearia's cheek she lifted her head up as she looked her Granddaughter in the eyes and seeing how serious she was she nodded in approval as a light smile surfaced on her face.

"Yes, we would both love to teach you again Tearia if that's what you really want but before that you should get some proper rest yourself okay? If you're not 100% how could you handle your Grandfather's training after all. So how about we start tomorrow okay?"

Hearing her Grandmother's reply Tearia felt some tears roll down her cheek as she silently nodded yes as she was guided back to her room afterwards by her. Walking back to her room Tearia finally felt how tired her body was after all that. She hadn't realized before with only the thought of trying to get her question out as soon as possible before her fear stopped her but now that she had accomplished her goal she could finally relax. Arriving at their door she watched her Grandmother open it and lead her in.

"It won't be easy you know?"

Hearing her grandmother's question Tearia knew that she was probably right. Even just her Grandfather's basic training alone was brutal but she had to try. How else could she go any further if she didn't.

"Maybe so but…"

"I understand, I just don't want to see you hurt that's all."

"I know and I'll try not to be."

"That's good."

With that Tearia laid down as she watched her Grandmother quietly shut the door behind her after leaving those words behind. Feeling her exhaustion take over Tearia shut her eyes and let sleep take over as she impatiently waited for tomorrow.
