Walpurgis Night (2)

"Congratulations again, my lady, and happy birthday!" said Erin the moment they got back to the room.

"Happy birthday, my lady!" The others greeted her as well.

"Thank you, ladies. That was exhausting," Nadia grumbled, feeling happy regardless.

She didn't expect that the party would go so well, and now she could relax. After all, she had been worrying nonstop since the planning of the banquet.

"I'm so tired…"

"I had already prepared the bath, my lady~" Amy chirped, emerging from the bathroom.

"You can relax now," Mari added with a smile.

"Thank Luminus," she replied, sighing deeply after she removed her heels. 

Her feet were aching from all that walking and standing, and now they can finally breathe! Hallelujah!

In the room, Nadia was busy changing out of her dress when she heard a knock on the window. Not only she, but her maids heard it too, and they all subtly looked at each other in tacit understanding.
