The Chosen Day 6[A God’s Tear]
Then again, he was not mad at this. These had died a dog's death. And he had even gained a treasure in the process.
Manu took a look at the God's Tear on the ground. He walked up to it and then he took it. He smiled as he dumped it into his storage within the system.
He looked at the other treasures. Some armor, some blades, some even ancient scrolls.
Many of these at the level of power he was aiming for were not actually needed. But he took them any way.
After all, it was all part of his spoils of war.
'Mortals!?'
No way! The energy mortals provided was only so so. If it was so easy to advance in power using just mortal souls and grinding them, then they would be no mortals making it to the gold rank.
Then again, many did not think this far. After all, manu was not like most of them. He came from beyond this world, and was punished here.
