The Ingress. SupaHotFire. Family Throne.

Artemis awoke with a giant stupor in her step. He looked around and saw a long set of corridors all spanning for lengths at a time.

Multiple Gods and Goddesses were running havoc, escaping into all the different passageways, all of them followed with a small head with two faces, perched on their shoulders.

"Where is this?" She asked, hoping for any random deity to answer her; she is their princess after all.

"This area would be Hephaestus' corridors, M'Lady," A raspy voice said beside her.

Her head instantaneously reached a sharp 45 degree, causing her eyes to lock with another pair that were on a face that, much like all the other frantic deities, rested on her shoulder.

"Or now that the Moon and Sun have arrived together," He started, motioning his head towards her and her brother, Apollo, who lay beside her unmoving, "I could finally give it a name? What do you think? Hephaestus has been looking for something to name this crafty place,"

"Oh! How about 'Ingress' or 'The Ingress', since both the sun and the moon have arrived here together. My Lord- I mean, Hephaestus will love that name," They said, continuing to ramble to themself.

"Who are you?" Artemis questioned, repeatedly trying to shake the head from her shoulder.

"I would prefer M'Lady not to do that," They commented as her hand just passed through the head like nothing.

"My name is Odigia. I am a God of many, but my most suited titles are God of Passageways. God of Doorways and God of Choices. However right now, I am YOUR ambassador to guide you out of here," He explained.

"I see," Artemis replied before getting up to her feet and walking over to her brother, "The monster?"

"Not my problem at the current moment," Odigia said to her, "My job is to help all the current refugees of Olympus in finding their way of escape,"

"Cowards," Artemis cursed in anger, "Their home is under siege and they flee?"

Odigia gave her a solid explanation of the current situation:

"Well, I'm sure some may have put up arms. Unfortunately, My Lo- Hephaestus saw it fit to bring them all here, for their safety. I'm not sure why though since he could have at least used their help,"

"THAT FOOL!" Artemis screamed, slamming her fist into the wall, scaring some of the rampant deities around her, also jolting her brother awake from Hypnos.

"Take me to him. NOW!" Artemis' rage began to build insanely fast, "He comes to MY FIGHT, and thinks he should take control? Who does he think he is?!"

"Woah, Artemis, I know I said I would stop dating her but you don't have to get so mad about it," Apollo said groggily, still catching his bearings.

"WHAT?" Artemis strained to keep her anger from talking to her little brother.

"Huh? Oh, sorry. Thought you were talking to me," He said, now fully grand and on his feet.

"Be quiet," she replied, annoyed, swiftly dismissing him.

"For the physical state I'm in, my emotions are scarred more," Apollo dramatically placed a hand on his chest, clutching his robes tightly as he did so.

Artemis, sending a swift jab to her brother's jaw, turned back to the head floating on her shoulder and said, "Take me to the battle, head,"

"Okay. Hephaestus may not be happy. Though I'm sure he will appreciate the help," Odigia replied, blessing Artemis with the now dubbed, 'vision of Ingress', causing a long yellow trail to form, showing her the direction to take.

"How convenient," She commented, summoning her bow, taking full speed to follow the given trail.

….

"Killer T! I've got a pop quiz for you!" Hephaestus yelled as he was halfway being swung round and halfway getting beaten to death, "If seven Gods can eat seven ambrosia in seven minutes, how long would it take 30 Gods to eat 30 ambrosia?"

"I don't care!" He yelled, his divinity more and more abundant.

"That sounds fair!" Hephaestus shouted before sending a thumping blow to the Titan's (?) knee, causing him to buckle slightly.

This small pause in movement, however, was enough for the cyclops to take an advantage of as they unleashed an onslaught of a constant rain of hammers.

"Hammer is good scratcher!" Typhon bellowed, grabbing Arges with one of his tentacles, swinging him around, colliding with a multitude of the Earth, before giving a final slam into a grand crash.

"Brother!" Steropes yelled, rushing towards Typhon.

"Steropes! No!" I shouted moments too late, a smirk forming on Typhon's face, using the same move on Steropes as he did on Arges.

Eventually, the beautiful and elegant mountain steps which enticed all who looked were desecrated and formed large clouds of smoke.

The damage had now finally spread from the mountain entrance to the incline; all ruined beyond measure.

Hephaestus quickly dragged his sight away from the destruction in time to see the body of Brontes flung straight at him.

He quickly dodged away from the giant body of meat in time to be met with a solid blow to the face from the soon-to-be father of monsters, being sent flying up the mountain causing sonic booms in his steed.

He got back to his feet, spitting out some ichor before readying himself as Typhon charged up the mountain without rest.

Grabbing two small, octagon-shaped devices, he pressed a button on its top, readying it before chucking them both at the sides of Typhon.

With inspiration from Zeus' master bolt and advice of how it was made by the Elder Cyclops, strong electric currents were released, attaching themselves to Typhon's arms, locking him in place.

Hephaestus got into a discus throwing position, gathering all his strength and divine energy, pouring it into a hammer construct.

"Vaaaaat Izzzzz Ziiiiiisssss?" Typhon struggled to say, the volts affecting not only his arms but spreading up to his upper body and head.

"Well, is there any better gift to get than joules?" Hephaestus commented through gritted teeth

Then, he throws.

The hammer span countless times, breaking the sound barrier the instant it left Hephaestus' hand. Continuous booms rang out as it darted ahead towards Typhon; the air seemed to crack and break due to the sheer force of the momentum.

Hephaestus, empowering himself beyond what he should have, began to leak more ichor from his mouth and eyes as he shot past the hammer he had thrown, darting over it and Typhon.

The ground below caved in at the pressure of Hephaestus and his hammer, digging up and blasting away.

The hammer collided with the semi-vulnerable Typhon with a force he hadn't seen from the other three Olympians, only lacking in power from the Ocean God.

As the hammer stuck Typhon, a small crack sound could be heard from his ribs as some became dislodged from his serratus.

As he was flung backward, Hephaestus stood, feet planted, preparing himself as he grabbed three of the monster's tentacles, tightly gripping them with powerful might.

Hephaestus span and span, all the while having the strongest child of Gaia struggling in the grip of the awakening God.

"Why…Are you…Suddenly…So strong?!" Typhon bellowed, his vision not fully accurate from the constant loops he does.

If he was not so powerful, he would have not believed that the sight he saw was not of a burly, unique God, chartering on looking like a Titan, looked more of an ever-rising being made of the richest flame, not even the volcanoes he is connected to could see.

The being he sees in front of him now, looked like nothing his mother told him.

This was a true God of Olympus.

….

Zeus and Athena were now the only two who stood in the palace of Olympus.

They had heard of Poseidon's defeat and decided to retreat to their thrones, on Athena's suggestions, and decided to gather as much power as they could for what may be facing.

The two of them both stayed gathering their divinity as they could feel Ares, Artemis, and Apollo all suffering great defeat.

Suddenly, they felt all the deities disappearing from Olympus one by one; it felt as if a huge swipe of power had just killed all near the monster.

Like this, all the deities but one that was familiar disappeared from the mountain, no trace left or felt from them anywhere.

Zeus' rage had to be heavily suppressed as he only had a small amount of time left to have been in his peak condition from the power that lay dormant in his throne.

Athena too, felt angered at the predicament she was in, keeping her eyes trained on the doors of the throne room.

"They are not ready for war," Zeus said, regret laced in his voice, "My children…I swear I will kill this monster,"

"Do not worry father," Athena replied, sharing the same pain as him, "We will avenge them,"

Zeus was silent at the words of his daughter.

"You're a smart child," he suddenly said, turning to her, "If you see there is no hope and you have a chance to escape…run,"

"Father," Athena started, gaining a sudden motivation from the words of her father, "Should I retrieve the jar? I could release hope back again!"

"No," Zeus promptly said to his child, "You saw what happened when we released it before. Without a proper way of keeping them at bay, the evils will infect us like they had the mortals long ago. You saw how it nearly infected the lesser Gods,"

"Epimetheus opened it no more than a passing moment and wiped out more than enough of our subjects," Zeus explained further.

"I understand that Father," Athena said, swiftly getting up from her throne, "But I will not hesitate when our future has been gifted such a thread,"

Athena, ignoring the words of her father, sprang her way towards the grand hall, where the treasures of Olympus lay secure and unattainable.

"Daughter!" Zeus yelled one more time as he too, got up from his throne, disrupting the transfer of power.

Zeus entered the hall, seeing his daughter, already with the jar in hand, about to release the lid from it.

"Athena!" Zeus bellowed, already taking back the words he spoke earlier, "I didn't think you a fool!"

"Father you must understand-" her words were abruptly interrupted by a giant crash of the walls of the palace.

Zeus and Athena quickly turned and saw a bloody Hephaestus with raw divinity quaking around him, disrupting the air of Zeus' domain, with a giant tentacle in his hand.

"Another happy landing," he spoke, looking up to see Typhon, looking down to one of his missing tentacles with pure raw rage.

I just learned in my Greek Mythology class about a hero named 'Bophades'.

Bophades was a Greek hero that fought in the Trojan War and was almost as powerful as Achilles.

Even having only one weakness.

Even the same that Achilles was weak in his heel, Bophades was weak in his groin.

That's where we get Achilles heel.

And Bophades nuts…

Malenia is a fight that I will never get three hours of my life back.
