Re: Existence

Seraphina Ender, daughter of a powerful Eternal Existence, wishes to start her journey scouring the Worlds and claiming their cores, with each World showing her truest self. She starts with being jealous of her friend, but now that she's beginning the journey, her goal has yet to be determined. Quick note: This is not a romance, Webnovel apparently thinks Female-Lead == Romance. I might integrate romance into the novel, but don't come in expecting it.

Just killing time.

"We should go to Lila Land for Lila day!" Lila said enthusiastically to her friend.

"The people in your World really love you that much, huh?" Sera raised an eyebrow in suspicion.

"Of course! Who wouldn't love me?!" Lila said with a smirk.

"I don't know...sounds like dictatorship to me." Sera shrugged.

Lila pulled her sword saying, "How dare you?!"

Sera rolled her eyes. She was used to Lila threatening her with her sword...until she heard a dripping sound. She looked down to see a sword coming from out of her chest. Blood dripped on the ground before Sera collapsed. "What...are you...doing?"

"That's what you get for offending me! A mere weakling that didn't even go through a single World! Trash!" Lila spat on Sera.

"You were...m-my...friend." Sera barely said through her ragged breathing.

"Lesson one of Lila's survival training," Lila smiled. "NEVER TRUST ANYONE!"

Slash!

Gasp!

"Haaah...haaah...what the fuck..." Sera wiped the sweat off her forehead.

"You good, Sera?" Shira looked back while still going at incredible speeds.

"Yeah...yeah, I'm good." Sera took a bunch of deep breaths. "How long until we get there?"

"We still have a bit more than 2 days left." Shira casually said. "Are you sure you're okay? We don't want you to be any weaker than you already are."

"Hey! I'm not that weak!" Sera was offended. Her hard work was never acknowledged by anyone!

"Maybe compared to weak humans, but you'll be in a fight between 2 World holders." Shira gave it to Sera straight. "If we weren't limited to the Peak Infant Stage, you'd have no way to even survive the shockwaves from our fight. I'll be honest here, I don't actually expect you to fight with me...you're more of a distraction."

Sera's jaw dropped as her mind went blank.

"Look Sera, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but you're just too weak." Shira said apologetically. "But hey! He doesn't know that! If he thinks you're a bit stronger, he'd get distracted, then I'd go for the killing strike!"

"Oh...okay." Sera's ego was deflated. She thought someone finally believed in her, but apparently it was just the opposite.

"All we need to do is get to the Chosen Few in these 2 days, then use a portal to get to Ephilium's Forest, then you can go home." Shira tried to cheer up Sera.

"Y-Yeah...home..." Sera had mixed feelings. She almost died with Ephilium, could've been killed by Ray, Shira was going to kill her. One of the many reasons why none killed her was because her father helped her and limited all their abilities to her level. She was having second thoughts about going to new uncontrolled World.

"By the way," Shira caught Sera's attention. "why aren't you scared of me? I mean, I'm a World holder. Most people would just bow in fear and ask for mercy."

"You're just a World holder." Sera was confused. "The Ender Empire has thousands of people in it, most of them being World holders."

"I see...Salas really made it big, huh?" Shira had regret in her eyes. She then sighed, "Well, how're Liam and Mira doing? What about Alex? Ray?"

"Uncle Liam and Aunt Mira got married and had a child. General Alex was entrusted with Dad's giant army. Ray is still in this World, didn't you know that?" Sera recalled.

"You did say something like that yesterday." Shira realized. "Liam and Mira had a child, huh? What's the child called?"

"He's called Maximus." Sera smiled. Her cousin was one of her very few friends, and she like to poke fun at him all the time. "He's also a little biaaaatch."

Shira stopped moving, then started laughing with tears in her eyes. "Those two idiots...they really did it..."

"You alright?" Sera looked at the giant red snake in worry.

"Oh, it's nothing." Shira laughed as she continued moving. "I made a deal with Mira in the past. We were having an argument about how horny beasts were. She said we fucked like rabbits, so I proposed a deal. The first to have a child calls it Maximus, regardless of if it's a boy or girl."

"And? What's wrong with Maximus?" Sera was even more confused right now.

"We used a cipher back in the day to send messages. In our cipher, 'Maximus' means 'Bitch'." Shira laughed again.

"Oh my god..." Sera burst out laughing. "Who would've thought that 'Bitch' would grow up to be such a little bitch!"

"Come on, you're exaggerating aren't you?" Shira asked.

"I was beating him up when I was 7...he was 10." Sera said in a deadpan tone.

They continued chatting for the rest of the journey.

2 days later.

"Are the nightmares you're getting something regular?" Shira asked in concern.

"No, they aren't." Sera said with a yawn. "Come on, Shira! Pick up the damn pace! We just have a little more to go!"

"You're awfully excited for bait." Shira teased with a smirk. They talked for a long time with nothing else to do, so she knew where Sera's buttons were, especially such a big one.

"Fuck you!" Sera was more comfortable with Shira now. She vented to her about a lot of things. Her father, brother, uncle, even some stuff she couldn't tell Lila; after all, they would never meet after her test. "Now go!"

"You asked for it..." Shira whispered.

Boom!

The wind pushed Sera off of Shira's back. She stared blankly as Shira disappeared from her sight. Shira is a World holder. Her speed is insane regardless of her body, because of an energy unique to World holders, World Energy. It had many different applications. It can be used to boost your strength, speed, regenerative abilities and even your mental ablities.

"What's wrong?" Shira said with a smirk. She was behind Sera! "If you can't handle my speed, then you should ask me to go slower. So childish."

Sera sighed. "Fine, please go slower."

"Of course, my dear friend." Shira mocked shamelessly.

"I hate you..." Sera looked to the side.

"I know." Shira smiled before she sped up in a speed good enough for poor Sera.

They soon approached a huge wall. It was The Chosen Few's city wall!

"Welcome, Sera. To our World's humanity!" Shira smiled as she came close.

It keeps being weird and adding spaces between paragraphs. If I miss some, please do point them out.
