Victor's gaze lingered on the man for a bit, then he took his eyes off him and walked towards one of the chairs in the office around the meeting table. Seeing as it said vampiric human, Victor could make an educated guess that the man before them wasn't fully a vampire yet... Maybe he experimented with vampires or something? He couldn't say for sure.
