The city's crystal dome has been active for the past few days. Since the time the Energy crackers made an appearance, not a single moment has passed without the crystal dome formation protecting the city.
After some more futile efforts, Gail and Gamin figured out that the shooter who is attacking them with an Energy cracker is actually using spatial transference to change locations which is the reason they were not able to narrow him down as they initially thought he is moving normally.
But after they figured that out, it became easy and they finally managed to catch up with him.
