Getting home, I immediately went to my PC, booting took like a minute, and then logged in.
Opened a game right away, and loading became more slow.
I couldn't wait, I am about to be able to talk to her again.
I had a lot of things to say, I'm quite excited. My heart starts to feel fuzzy, and was probably at the happiest time in my life.
Once my character was in town, I checked my friend list ----- she isn't here yet.
No worries, I'm a tad too early for my excitement. Not needing to scroll the list, there are five other people that's online, and one of them is her brother. Sent her a PM, waiting for a reply. The PMs here work silently, but the text is rather unique to the other chat colors, so it would get discovered even if you were in a boss fight, unless you suppress the PMs forcibly.

I switched my characters and then we met at the storage NPC in town.
I know I was an hour early, but I didn't expect for this sudden personal quest to happen.

We have about less an hour left and I'm feeling lucky anyway so we went to the place where the Soul Essence could be farmed, luckily every mobs there drop it, but the chance is just so freaking one out of two thousand per monster. Per monster. It means you could kill two thousand of them and there won't be any drop. Another problem with it is only a hundred mobs spawn on the area, and most people also try to get it so it was not only us finding the item.
I could buy it though, but it just isn't worth it and all my gold ingame are mostly equipment already. Right now I would've just bought it but I couldn't exactly sell all my equipment within the hour even if the prices would had me bankrupt, so I just had to hunt for it for now.
Sure enough, after just seven minutes..... I got one. A crystal clear Soul Essence. Just in case, I didn't tell her brother for now for a surprise... How many have I took down so far? If I remember correctly I could only see around five to ten per minute. Going by that, I hadn't even killed over a hundred of them. This is already worth a hundred million worth of gold, too. Aiming for another won't be that bad. A hundred million in the game isn't that much considering the current economy, but it definitely isn't worthless either.
Minutes passed, and around in half an hour, sure enough I got another. Not letting the brother know, I still continued. My head suddenly feels weird, then something pink flashed in my vision, with cracks and dots, then everything went normal.

What's this feeling? Walking to the kitchen, I drank two glasses of water, then went back to the PC. I really was feeling a bit dizzy but it wasn't enough for me to stop playing. Besides, we're about to meet in a few minutes anyway.

I checked the friend list, and saw that her sister was on instead. My heart started to thump, and positivity suddenly overwhelmed me. I immediately sent her a PM, and my foot started to tap in habit. Waiting felt like forever.

If there would be someone like the me from a week ago, I'd probably smack the me now if I read this sort of chatlog. I am the sort of person to hate those couples that are lovey-dovey all around all day, but I could say that I was, but not am. The moment every virgin man probably must have been waiting for, I'm currently experiencing it now. Well, not that we're about to do something rated 18+ anyway, I think our feelings right now are rather pure compared to those filthy minds of others.
Blame me for anything, but being smitten by these feelings, I just couldn't help but express it too.

On the trade window, I put a rare bow that I got from a boss monster after grinding one afternoon, supposed to be for my own Archer, but I scrapped that when I met her. Next thing I put was a cute pet monster I think she would like... which girl doesn't like cute things anyway? That wouldn't be a girl.
Next, I put in one of the Soul Essence that I got earlier.
Then sent my items. On her side was applied OK already, but suddenly the trade window got cut off. Did she close it?
