Pain

Kaden screamed in agony. The health potions were not helping. They barely stopped the bleeding but the wound was raw and painful. 

He felt as if he was about to die just from the pain. It was humanly impossible to undergo pain like this and still be sane.

And Kaden was already at his limits. He simply couldn't take it anymore. All he had to do was take the dagger in his hand and stab himself in the throat and this pain would end.

But if he did that, he might lose a lot. He was trying his best to bear the pain and remain rational. It did not look like he was going to last.

As if this was not enough, two spotted hyenas howled in delight at the scent of blood and sniffed him out. They started running towards him, barring their teeth.

Continuing to scream in pain, Kaden summoned his minions immediately. However, it seemed that the hyenas were not alone.

Following the first two, several others dashed forward, all salivating at the scent of blood.
