The Dream Part 1

Then Raven walks into her own bedroom. She promised Kory that she would get some sleep. Kory mistakenly thought I was about to collapse. Her attention was drawn to a machine in the corner of the room. She may need a cup of tea to return to equilibrium. After a few sips, she starts to hear voices. There are voices urging her to return to the land of her father, to take the throne. Her only response is to yell at the voices. There's a voice telling her to go back to where she belongs. Raven says that she hates her father so much that she does not want to come home. The voices in her head say, "Come home, child of Trigon.". She shouts defiantly that she will not follow her father's directions. The voice replies to her defiance, "Listen to your father.". Rachel declares that she will never follow her evil father. The voice then shouts in Hebrew, "Come here!".

Raven shouts, "Ad quos eieci te!" at the spirit. A silhouette emerges from Raven's body. Raven hears the spirit shout and yell. A Raven approaches the spirit, looking up to him. "What is your name?" Rachel asks. Spirits shout defiantly at Rachel. Rachel repeated to the spirit, "I asked your name". As the spirit attempts to escape, Rachel yells, "Te ato". As soon as the spirit stops running, it seems as if it can't move any further. Starting to become angry, Rachel asks, "Who are you.". As Rachel approaches Dawn's room, she knocks on the door. She is told by Dawn to come in. Dawn notices the demon that comes in along with the raven as she enters

"What the hell" Dawn says as she stares at the demon

Rachel says, "This person has been inside me for a while."

"What do you want from me?" Dawn asks, looking at the demon with fear in her eyes,

"Do we still have that magical cage?" Rachel asks calmly.

"I'd ask Kory" Dawn says, "Would you take that thing away from me Please"

Rachel replies, "Sure. Thanks Dawn" as she exits the room and heads to Starfire's room. Rachel knocks on Kory's door a few minutes later. Rachel asks if she can come in. Starfire says that it is fine. Rachel enters the room and is surprised to see Starfire and Nightwing together.

"Hello, Dick, Kory," Rachel says awkwardly

Dick responds with a friendly "Hello, Rachel"

Kory asks, "What do you need?"

Rachel says, "I need your help with something," and then the demon enters

Astonished, Kory asks "What on earth was that?"

Rachel says, "The demon inside me has been there for a long time"

Kory asks, "So what do you need my help with?"

"I just wanted to know if the cage is still there." Rachel says

Kory asks, "Which cage?"

Rachel asks, "The one you used to hold..."

Kory asks confusedly, "Hold who?"

"Circe?" Rachel Asks

Kory asks, "Oh...That cage. Is that cage still there?" Dick replies, "I think it is."

Rachel says, "Okay, I'll lock him up there"

Rachel walks down to the basement of Titan's tower. She looks out at the night sky and thinks about what is going on in the world. Then she starts to crumble. The demon is trying to make her lose her concentration. "Satis" she shouts as she looks at the little demon next to her. He shrugs his shoulders as if to say, "what the hell, I tried". Rachel rolled his eyes at the tiny litter critter that was trying to make her life hard. As she enters the basement, she thinks, "I have to get rid of this pest.". While looking around, she notices how Nightwing has been occupying the basement with various experiments and projects. Since Nightwing had basically become the tech guy for the entire team, that made sense. She senses that somebody is down here. She shouts at the mysterious figure down here, "Come out of the darkness!". She says, "I am aware of your presence. I know you are here.". Then somebody walks out of the darkness. It was not the person that she was expecting. "What are u doing down here" She asks the man. He shrugs his shoulders. "Go upstairs. I have something to deal with," Rachel says to the man. After that, the man went upstairs.Rachel is snarled at and hissed at by the demon. The demon stares at her. The demon is placed in the cage as she rolls her eyes. She looks over the document that contains instructions that will guide her through the process of locking somebody up. She starts the process of locking up the demon. Rachel locks up the demon and goes upstairs to the kitchen. The tea was nowhere to be found when she looked for it. She wonders where the hell the tea is. Then, after finding her tea couldn't be found, she sat down on a bench. She has a headache and cannot concentrate. Her brain and sanity have been strained these last few days.

"Raven, what's wrong?" Alexander asks

While looking at Rachel, she replies, "I do not know Alex, I have just had a lot of things go wrong."

Trying to gauge his friend's mood, he asks, "Well, what can I do"

"I honestly do not know" She responds

"Are you sure?" He asks

"Yes, I'm pretty sure. I don't know where to go," she replied.

He says, "I know you feel as though whatever you do will blow up."

She tells me, "You're not wrong"

"How do you plan to deal with it", he asks

Rachel responds, "I honestly don't know"

After ending the conversation with Alexander she walked back to her room. She was happy to get that demon off of her. She sat down on her bed. As she was getting ready for bed, she began to read. Someone walks into the room. Beast Boy says to her, "Rachel." as he stumbled into the room. Rachel is in his arms after he crashes into them. She holds her friend in her arms. She wondered why you had still on your clothes. Rachel asked Garfield, "Can you hear me?"

"Is that you, Rachel?" Gar asked

"It is...What can I do to help" Rachel asked

Gar responded, "I need to sleep... Rachel.". He sounded as though he had been drugged.

"Maybe that is because he hasn't slept" Rachel thought

Garfield asked, "Can you help me with that?"

"I will make you a potion" Rachel said, "Come on up to the bed and sleep for a while.

"Okay," Garfield replies. Before jumping into bed, he takes off his shirt and shorts.

Rachel sees Dawn as she gets out of her room. Rachel says, "I apologize for making you uncomfortable, Dawn."

"It's okay" Dawn says.

"No it is not" Rachel says.

"Yes it is. You didn't know" Dawn adds with a smile.

"Where is he" Hank shouted

"Where is who?" Asked Rachel

Hank says "Garfield"

Rachel said, "He's in my room"

"Why do you ask that" Dawn says

"Because I just woke up and I am supposed to be watching Gar" Hank says, "I thought Dick would be watching Gar?" Dawn replies.

"I owed him a favor and he called it in" Hank says

"Why did he call it in?" Dawn asks

"So he could talk to Kory" Hank replies

The three of them could hear a scream coming from Raven's room. Rachel asks, "Could you go look after him for a minute?". In response, Dawn asks why she won't go take care of her friend. Rachel replies, "He needs to calm down. I am going to brew him some tea and see if that helps.". Dawn agrees with him and then goes off to comfort the wayward Titan. "Thank you so much, Dawn" Rachel says as she rushes off to the kitchen. Her eyes scan through the tea drawer while she sees "Black...English...Green"...then she sees "Chamomile"...there you are! She then starts to brew the tea. After five minutes, she rushes into the room and hands her friend the tea. "I can handle this now...thank you," she tells Dawn. Dawn nods her head and exits the room. "Really, Gar... You have to be like this" she chides her friend

"Pestillance, I thought I saw him," Beast Boy says

Raven asked, "The horseman?"

Garfield looked concerned as he replied, "The same."

"What do u think it means" Raven Asks

"Either I'm being deluded or the world is ending." Garfield Says

"You're a believer?" Raven asks

Garfield asks back, "I am and you?"

Raven says, "I know there are demons, but I don't know about angels."

Garfield asks, "Is everything okay with you?"

"Yes...why do you ask?" Rachel asks

"Because you are stressed" Beast Boy notes

"How can you tell?" Raven asks

Beast Boy responds, "The look on your face"

Raven asks, "What do you see?"

Beast Boy says with concern, "You look like you are in pain."

Raven sheepishly laughs, "Ha ha ha!"

"Am I mistaken?" Gar asks.

"You aren't mistaken, Gar". Raven nods with hesitation.

Gar asks, "How can I help?"

"Get better?" Ravens say

"Are you sure that is all?" Questions Gar

He is kissed on the lips by Rachel. Rachel says, as Gar sits there stunned, "You need to sleep, Gar. We can continue this conversation later.".

"I'll see you tomorrow, Rae," Gar says sleepily. "Good night to you too, Mon amour" Raven says smiling.

Raven's Dream

She goes to sleep, and then she begins to have disturbing dreams. In the first one, her friends are chained up. Despite her best efforts, she cannot save them. She sees Darkseid sit back behind them. "Raven, You will fail". Rachel yells that she will not fail. Hank's hand was severed by one of Darkseid's minions. As Hank lets out a primal yell, he threatens to do terrible things to both Darkseid and the parademon that took his hand.

'The red one is coming', Darkseid in a state of trance

Rachel asks, "Who is the red one?"

"The son of man, Destroyer of All" Darkseid says

"Who is the son of man?" Rachel asks

"The man of ancient lineage, The false prophet," Darkseid replies,

"You are not being clear." Rachel replies,

Darkseid says, "This man has been known by many names throughout time."

Rachel asks, "Hello?"

Darkseid continues, "Caligula, Nero, Louis Antoine de Saint-Just are just a few of his names." Darkseid then starts to convulse and contort his body into weird shapes. "They are coming" He repeats. Raven waivers her hand in front of the villian. Weird, She thinks as she explores the surroundings.

"And thus said Shimei when he cursed, Come out, come out, thou bloody man, and thou man of Belial: The LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood of the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the LORD hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and, behold, thou art taken in thy mischief, because thou art a bloody man." Said all of Raven's chained-up teammates. Raven recognized the quote, but she didn't know where it came from. After a few minutes, she remembers...It's a verse from the Bible...Second Samuel. This quote implied that some tyrant was going to show up, Raven thought. Her eyes blink, and she's in another dream. Five men are in the scene, four on horseback. They rode white, red, black, and pale horses. Bow and crown adorned the man riding the white horse. A fire sword was held by the man on the red horse. A pair of scales was held by the man on the black horse. A scythe was carried by the man who rode the pale horse.
