Chapter 4: Reward for Rankers

"Ne Zokuto. Why did you suddenly showed up on those gold like thing on the sky? Those technique of yours look awesome. Can you teach me those jutsu?" Naruto suddenly asked Zokuto.

"Sure. Do you know how to read?"

"I...I don't know." confessed Naruto in frustration.

'Thought so. System, do you know a faster way for me to teach Naruto to read?'

[Host, system suggest to transfer memory of a knowledge. The system already analysed how the Kyuubi transfer his memory to the host, and develop a similar skill called Memory Gift. Do the host want to learn the skill?]

'Yes.'

[The Memory Gift skill was learned!]

"Okay Naruto. take this." Zokuto took out a blue liquid ball that came from his head and gave it to Naruto. Inside the ball was his memory on how to read, and also the taijutsu skill Advanced Gentle Fist, Bijuu Kata, and Twelve Perfect Gates.

"I am going out for a long term training." said the anxious Zokuto. He added, "If anyone ask you about the technique, just said you don't know."

After that, he got out of the house, and hurriedly run away. Before Naruto could ask anything, Zokuto is already running some distance away, and disappeared a second later.

In the sky, the announcement for the reward started.

#Reward for Rank 7: Random Luck Card. Tore the card to use. If you are lucky, you can get a good thing.

A ball of golden light appeared infront of Sasuke. When he touched it the golden light turned into a blue card with the words 'Random Luck' written on both side of the card. While he hold the card in his hand, he appeared in the golden screen.

Sasuke ripped the card into two.

- Ding! Uchiha Sasuke got the skill [Chidori]. Chidori - Lightning jutsu that channel high concentration of lightning chakra around the user's hand. This jutsu is rated as an S rank technique.

Another screen popped beside Sasuke's image, showing a twelve year old Sasuke. The older Sasuke performed several hands seal before activating the Chidori. He then used that Chidori to pierce some sand defend, which was used by a sand user.

- Inuzuka Kiba: That is Sasuke? He looked a bit bigger. I mean, he got older? Who is that other guy?

- Uchiha Natsu: That sand guy is powerful. Should I challenge him...Gah! Dammit Neji. Let go of me.

Hyuuga Compound.

Neji was stepping on Natsu's back. He looked down at him, while reminding Natsu, "You should improve yourself first before you go around and challenging others."

- Akimichi Choji: What happen with that Natsu?

- Inuzuka Kiba: I think he challenged Neji and...he seems to got his ass beaten.

- Uchiha Natsu: Who are you talking got his ass beaten? Next time, I will go and challenge you.. Gah!!

The villagers is sweating bullets when they saw the conversation. Even Sandaime facepalmed at Uchiha Natsu's antic. At the same time, Hiruzen was thinking that that scene on the golden screen seems like a future scene. The displayed scene was happening inside the Konoha Village.

There is some kind of tournament in the screen, with teenage Sasuke is fighting another teenage ninja from sand village. This type of competition can only be an exam, and that exam should be the Chuunin Exam!

'But is this scene really going to happen here in the future?' Hiruzen was contemplating the scene seriously. Other than the Third Hokage, many people in the village also thought of the same conclusion. This is especially for the higher-ups in every clans in Konoha Village.

#Reward for Rank 6: Two Random Luck Card.

Two golden light appeared infront of Kiba and transformed into two Random Luck Card.

- Inuzuka Kiba: Hahaha. I got more card than you, Sasuke. Do you see, I might get more powerful jutsu compared to what you got.

Seeing his smug chat, Sasuke was irritated and almost wanted to run towards the Inuzuka compound, to beat that dog.

Same as Sasuke, Kiba's figure also appeared in the golden screen holding his rewards. He then tore the first card.

- Ding! Inuzuka Kiba got an empty card.

"What the heck is an empty card?" Kiba was stunned, and remarked angrily.

- An empty card has nothing in it.

Seeing the explanation on the golden screen, some vein popped on Kiba's forehead.

- Uchiha Sasuke: It seems you have a good luck huh! Very good luck indeed.

- Inuzuka Kiba: Shut up Sasuke. I still got one more card. I don't believe that I am really unlucky.

Kiba then ripped the other card.

- Ding! Inuzuka Kiba got a beautiful but ordinary shuriken.

- Inuzuka Kiba: F*#@"#kk!! Aaaaahhhhh!!

- Uchiha Sasuke: Huh!? Aaah?

- Uchiha Natsu: Aaah?

- Akimichi Choji: Aaah?

"I said, watch your language! And stop being noisy!" Tsume was angered. She picked Kiba's collar and threw him away to the distance.

#Reward for Rank 5: Random Elemental Awakening Card. This card awaken an additional elemental affinity to the user.

Choji got a golden card. When he touched it, it entered into his body.

- Ding! Akimichi Choji awakened the lightning element.

- Akimichi Choji: Eh? It really gave me another elemental affinity? Let's check. Mom, do you have any chakra paper?

His mother happily brought him a chakra paper to test his elemental affinity.

- Akimichi Choji: It's real! I really got a lightning elemental affinity.

- Inuzuka Kiba: Kuso! How come their luck is soo good? Why am I not so lucky? Waaaa!!

- Uchiha Sasuke:...

- Akimichi Choji:...

- Uchiha Natsu: Buhahaha.

The five year old Kiba finally cried somewhere inside a bush. Seeing this, Inuzuka Hana sighed and walked toward where Kiba was hiding, to comfort him.

#Reward for Rank 4: Fourth Hokage's Raijin Kunai. When the user bind the kunai to herself/himself, he/she can teleport wherever the kunai was thrown or marked, at the cost of his/her chakra.

A metalic kunai with a seal that identical to Yondaime seal appeared before a dazed Hinata. When she touched the Kunai, it quickly binded to her, and disappeared inside her body.

Hyuuga Hiashi was about to take the kunai but he was too late as the kunai was already binded to Hinata. 'Such a pity' thought the Hyuuga clan head.

#Reward for Rank 3: One Lucky Card.

Uchiha Natsu who just managed to run away from Neji was delighted to got his reward. He then tore the card.

- Ding! Uchiha Natsu got the summoning contract to a Fire Dragon.

The notice shocked Natsu greatly. A moment later, his smiled, then he chuckled. After that, he laughed so loud in happiness.

- Uchiha Natsu: This is GREAT!! Thank you golden screen. Thank you so much! Now I will accomplish my dream to meet a fire dragon. Hahahaha!! Just you wait Neji! I will come to challenge you again once I contracted a dragon. Muahahaha!

His laughter can be heard moving from the Hyuuga compound toward the Uchiha Compound. Uchiha Saka, his father was gritting his teeth in anger when he look at the golden screen, and when he heard Natsu's laughter in the distance. 'This kid really need some beating. Wait until you got home, I will give you some unforgettable lessons.'

#Reward for Rank 2: Bijuu: Two tailed beast dark Bijuu named Inugami. A tame bijuu that can be integrated into a user's body, transforming the user into a powerful Jinchuuriki, disregarding any shortage of chakra and vitality.

Krak!

The wooden stick that was in Danzo's hand was gripped with a great force, and turned into pieces of wood in an instant. Another Jinchuuriki!

"Hiruzen! we need to take that bijuu. It is not safe in that Hyuuga kid's hand." Danzo almost could not control himself to run toward the Hyuuga compound.

"Stop it Danzo. I also believe it is not safe in the hand of Neji. However, we need to discuss it with the head of the Hyuuga clan." Said Hiruzen. "For now, let's wait the Uzumaki twin to come first, before we go to discuss the bijuu with the Hyuuga." the suggestion received the agreement from the three advisors.

Neji who got the reward did not really know what bijuu is. He touched the golden light ball, and suddenly a big wolf like tailed beast come out of it.

"You are Hyuuga Neji, correct? I will be your new partner, Inugami. It's my pleasure working with you. Let us co-exist from now on." said the Bijuu named Inugami, before it turned illusory, and entered Neji's body. A binding seal then appeared at Neji's stomach, confirming that the he was binded to the new bijuu.

These process was shown in the golden screen, making the faces of Sandaime and the three advisor to turn black. It does not seems likely for them to get the tame bijuu. First of all, the bijuu already agreed to be binded to Neji. secondly, even if they forcefully extract the bijuu, it will only kill Neji, and angering the bijuu in the process.

The Bijuu given by the golden screen is an unknown one. Before Hiruzen and the others wanted to make any kind of move on it, they needed to understand it first. Otherwise, in case that there are unknown dangerous factor in the Bijuu, it will only spell great danger to the village. Therefore, these four people took a safety precautions by not taking any sudden decision.

While all of that was being talked and considered, the masked anbu with silver hair already arrived at the Uzumaki's apartment. As he reached the place, he checked the chakra presence inside the apartment. However, he only felt Naruto's presence, while Zokuto is no longer there. His expression changed. He hurriedly entered the house, and saw exactly as what he felt.

"Hey kid, where is your brother?"

At this moment, Naruto was sitting in meditative posture after receiving the memory from Zokuto and trying his best to assimilate those memory. The sudden question woke him up. As he turned back towards the door, he saw the familiar Neko mask on the face of the silver haired anbu.

For a second, he remembered what Zokuto told him. He said, "Zokuto said he is going for a long term training."

'Did he suspect that something is going to happen? Did he run away from the village?' Thought the silver haired anbu.

The Anbu inquired more, "Did he tell you when will he be back?"

"No."

"Alright. Let's go. The Hokage asked me to bring you and your brother to his office. As your brother is training and cannot go with use, you will be the one answering the Hokage's question in Zokuto's place." The anbu then took Naruto and walked towards the Hokage's office.

On the sky, the last reward was announced.

#Reward for Rank 1: four Random Bijuu. User will get four unbinded tame bijuu of a random number of tailed beast. It can turn a user into Jinchuuriki regardless of the shortage in chakra or vitality.

"Hiruzen!!! We definitely will not let that kid get those four bijuu!!!" screamed Danzo.

" We must take those bijuu." said Homura and Koharu.

To their surprise, Hiruzen is already running in the distance. "What are you guys waiting for, lets go." is the word he left before disappearing in the direction of the Uzumaki's apartment.

Midway, Sandaime meet the masked Kakashi with Naruto in tow. "Where is Uzumaki Zokuto?"

"Huh? Sandaime Hokage-sama?" Kakashi was surprised to see Hiruzen out here. "Naruto said, his brother is on a long term away training."

"What???" Hiruzen was shocked. Inhaling some air, he calmed down for a bit. He then asked Naruto " Hey Naruto, when did your brother left?"

"He left sometimes after the golden thing above appeared."

'Sure enough, he run away!' thought both Hiruzen and Kakashi.

"Inu, you go inform all the anbu to find out the whereabout of Zokuto." commanded Hiruzen.

"On it." said Kakashi, before disappearing into a wisp of smoke.

A moment later, Danzo and the gang appeared.

"Hiruzen, where is Uzumaki Zokuto?" asked Danzo in an anxious voice.

Hiruzen sighed. "Let's go to office before we talk about him."

"Naruto, for now, you return back to your apartment."

"But Hiruzen he is..."

"Stop Danzo! Let him go." said Sandaime.

Naruto who was confused just nodded and returned back to his apartment.

"Let's go!" Hiruzen turned around and walked away without waiting for his advisors to follow him.

- The newbie [Taijutsu Fighter] ranking has been completely announced. Next will be the announcement of the [Genin Fighter]. The ranking will be announced one year from now on.
