Chapter 31: Chojuro vs Zokuto

"Oh, Sandaime. You are here." said Zokuto looking at Hiruzen. "Forget about me going back to Konoha. I already have my own village. Besides, I don't have any family there anyway."

"Zokuto, are you defecting from Konoha?" questioned Hiruzen.

"Defecting? You got it wrong Sandaime." Zokuto shook his head. "I am just trying to find a safe place to live. Also, I already informed you before, I am on a long term away training."

"What are you trying to say? Are you implying that Konoha is not a safe place?" Hiruzen.

"Let's forget this topic. It's better for us to go inside the hall and finish the meeting, as soon as possible." said Zokuto, walking toward the meeting hall.

"Stop there! We are not done yet." Hiruzen.

"Sigh, you are too persistent Sandaime." Zokuto stopped on his track. "Fine. We will talk about this."

Zokuto then turned around and faced Hiruzen. He then announced "You are correct. Konoha is not as safe a place as it seems to be."

Everyone was surprised hearing this.

"Zokuto! Watch out what you are saying."

"Sorry Hiruzen. But, that is the truth. You and your three buddy caused many main clan in the village disappeared. Senju once was the strongest clan but you send them all to die with the the lame reason as doing mission. The same goes for Kurama and Hatake's clan. I'm not sure if there is any Kurama clan member still exist. However, I know that Hatake only got Kakashi, and Senju was left with Tsunade. All of this just so that your useless Sarutobi clan can become one of the noble clan in Konoha."

Hiruzen was stumped for words. What Zokuto just said was literally the truth of Konoha. But how did he know all that? Or how did he reach to such conclusion?

On the other hand, the other listeners are stunned with Zokuto. He is barely seven years old, but he know so much about Konoha.

"There is also me and my family. When my parent are still alive, they are regarded as one of the best shinobi. My father especially regarded as the Yellow Flash of Konoha, and also the Yondaime Hokage. However, when they died, what happened to us twin brother? You Hiruzen, you send us to orphanage. Then, you did not even stop your f@#king buddy, Danzo to spread rumors that we are the demon who killed many in Konoha. As a kid, we received many contempt from the villager because of that rumors. We even get bullied almost everyday. If we did not have the vitality of Uzumaki, and have the regeneration properties from Kyuubi, we may have long been dead. That is what you say as safe? Bullshit!"

"Zokuto, you..." Hiruzen want to say something, but could not. Those are really fact.

"Well, just think of it as I'm ranting out my frustration." said Zokuto, releasing some uncomfortable breath. "Speaking of which, Itachi-san, your clan, Uchiha clan is the next in line to be eradicated from Konoha." stated Zokuto.

This sentence startled everyone. Hiruzen face changed, and he started to feel uneasy. "Zokuto! Stop making a baseless statement. You are just sowing some discord." said Hiruzen.

Zokuto did not reply to Hiruzen, but continued to talk to Itachi "I have something to tell you Itachi-san. Shisui is still alive. I saved him at the Naka river."

This time both Hiruzen and Itachi shivered, but with different reason. Itachi shivered because he felt emotionally happy. On the other hand, Hiruzen felt great uneasiness. Shisui know many thing about the secret of Konoha, especially roots secret.

"Itachi, Shikaku we need to catch him. Otherwise, he will leak many secret of Konoha." said Hiruzen. Shikaku nodded, but Itachi stared for a while at Zokuto. In the end, he also nodded.

"Go!" said Hiruzen. He then led the two to launch an attack at Zokuto. However, he was intercepted by Onoki. At the other side, the Kiri group is already pointing their weapon at Hiruzen and his team.

"Stop the arguement, Hiruzen. He is just a kid." said Onoki, smiling at Hiruzen.

"Move away Onoki. This is not your business." said Hiruzen.

"Sorry Hiruzen. We are prohibited to have any kind of fight while we are in this land of Iron." replied Onoki.

"He is right. We should not fight here." added Raikage.

"You might have think this twice Sandaime-san. My hand might be forced to act if you do something to my husband." said Terumi Mei.

Samui and Mabui frowned when they heard Mei admit Zokuto as her husband.

"No need to worry guys. I'm just a clone anyway. The real one is up there." said Zokuto.

Ah!

Everyone was then reminded that Zokuto is still in the Chuunin Competition.

"Everyone, sir Mifune is waiting inside the hall. Please come in to attend the meeting." said a samurai who has a mask covering his face.

Inside the Meeting Hall.

"Now then. I thank all the village leader for coming here at the moment notice. Please allow me to preside this meeting of the highest order." said Mifune.

Every village Kages nodded.

"By the way, I would like to ask you Uzumaki Zokuto, are you representing any village or are you on your own?" asked Mifune.

"I came on my own accord." said Zokuto, smiling.

"Then, you should leave. This meeting is being held and attended only by villages representator." states Mifune.

"Is that so? Well, too bad then." Zokuto then walked away toward the entrance of the hall. Suddenly, Zokuto stopped on his track.

"Ah, I forget to mention. I know where the Akatsuki is. Also, I know for sure that they will declare war to the world soon. When that happen, that probably mean that they already awakened the Jyuubi." said Zokuto.

Crash!

Another surprise by Zokuto made some Kage that lost their Jinchuuriki stood up involuntarily.

"Zokuto, wait. Can you tell us the whereabout of Akatsuki?" asked Onoki.

"He is right, Zokuto. I beg you, can you tell us?" pleaded Raikage, bowing to Zokuto. The others were surprised with Raikage's behavior. Look like he really value his Jinchuurikis.

Terumi Mei also looking expectantly at Zokuto.

On the other hand, Rasa, the fourth Kazekage just looked at them without much interest. His jinchuuriki was not captured by Akatsuki, but it fled from Sunagakure. So, he did not really care about this.

Zokuto who heard the Kage's request looked at them for a moment, and then looked at Mifune. Mifune who just asked Zokuto to leave the meeting felt awkward. Now that Zokuto suddenly become the center of the Kage's attention made Mifune regret his earlier words.

Zokuto on the other hand didn't dwell on Mifune's embarrassment. He decided to inform these Kages on Akatsuki's hideout, according to what he know from the original Naruto story. "Akatsuki former base is in Amegakure. However, there is another base they made in the center of the land of River. This new base is not too far from Tanigakure."

"Is that true?" said Raikage.

"I don't know whether they already changed their hideout or not. However, I knew these are their two hideout." said Zokuto. He then walked away from the hall. Stopping again for a moment, he looked at Mei and said "Don't worry about Yagura-san. He is staying in my village. He managed to somehow escape from his capturer." said Zokuto.

"Really?"

"Yes."

"That is really a good news." said Mei relieved. "Thank you, Zokuto-kun. Thank you."

"Also, fourth Kazekage, Gaara and the others who escaped from your village is staying with me." said Zokuto.

"What!?" Rasa was visibly shocked.

"That's all I could tell you guys."

"Wait Zokuto. About Gaara and the others..."

"Goodbye." Zokuto F then dispersed into a wisp of smoke.

Bang! Seeing Zokuto just left him hanging, Rasa got frustrated, and hit the table. 'Just where the heck is that kid staying at?'

Back to Chuunin Competition.

The first match of Winner vs Winner is just started.

Chojuro used his water ninjutsu to try and gauge up Zokuto. To his surprise, Zokuto imitated him and used the same jutsu. Their attack collided and cancelled out each other.

Seeing that his elemental attack is not working, Chojuro used his Hiramekarei and slashed it horizontally toward Zokuto. The moment he slashed the Hiramekarei, a long sword-like chakra extended from it, turning the Hiramekarei into a long sword, and giving it a long reach. Zokuto jumped away and evaded the slash.

"Hiramekarei release: Hammer!"

The moment Zokuto jumped up, Chojuro hammered the Hiramekarei toward Zokuto's direction and the hole in the twin swords released a concentrated blast of chakra.

A clone come out of Zokuto and pulled Zokuto away from the blast. The chakra blast shot away reaching the platform, but dispersed the moment it touches the wall of the platform.

"Your swords sure is unique. Are all the seven Legendary Swords of Kiri have this ability?" asked Zokuto.

"More or less." replied Chojuro. He then divided the stuck twin swords, holding one sword on each hand. He then slashed left and right toward Zokuto. Zokuto just continuously evaded the attack.

"Having a strong weapon is really awesome. I should have one for my own." pondered Zokuto. "Well, time to end this. Fifth Gate - Open!"

"Be careful Chojuro." said Zokuto. He then disappeared in a flash. Chojuro frowned and concentrated hard to follow Zokuto's movement. However, he is unable to catch up to Zokuto's speed. In an instant, the Hiramekarei is no longer in his hand.

In the distance, Zokuto stopped moving. On his hand was the twin swords, who were trying to shakes away from his hand. "This swords seems to have some low intelligance. It know if the one holding it is its owner or not." said Zokuto in amusement.

"Give me back my swords." said Chojuro, running toward Zokuto. Zokuto throwed the twin swords to the side. He then flashed and suddenly appeared behind Chojuro, delivering a kick to his neck. Chojuro tried to evade but already too late. He got knocked and fainted on the floor.
