Summary: A man from our world gets reincarnated in the MHA with CYOA Essences. However he does not get reincarnated anywhere near the canon timeline. Instead he gets reincarnated into the far past. His true name, nobody knows, but is referred to as Doctor D by those worthy enough to know of his existence.

MC's Profile: The character of the MC and the path I want for him to head down is that of a curious/mad scientist with a liking for women. His moral alignment would be chaotic neutral where he enjoys causing chaos just for the sake of chaos when he has free time and doesn't really care for the good or bad guys. He only cares about what he finds interesting which in general would be two things: science and women. Given that he is a scientist, he still spends a lot of time in his laboratory working to advance his knowledge. He spends his off time either playing with his women or causing chaos in his territory. He would not hesitate to kill people if they truly get in his way or try to harm his women, but given his chaotic personality, it would really take a lot of effort to get in his way as he would usually see people trying to off him or scheme against him as an interesting event (due to how few people would try to mess with him). His usual solutions for dealing with any schemes toward him would involve either turning their own scheme against them, throwing in a chaotic invention of his to completely derail their plan, or taking any women the person cares about and cuck_ing them and sending them the corn tapes he made with them. Generally, he keeps his chaos-inducing plans to his own territory if no one bothers him and only releases them outside if he has too much free time and feels that a place is too stuffy/annoying. As for his usual taste in women, he has a liking for strong women or women that have the potential/drive to be strong. He also tends to be attracted to psychotic women (which may get him into some trouble) and those who have a passion for the sciences like him. A good idea of the women that fit these categories would be Star and Stripes (for strong women), Himiko Toga (for psychotic women), and Mei Hatsume or Melissa Shield (for women with passion for science).

MC's Past (before he reincarnated): For his past on Earth, you can say that he was a rogue polymath scientist that worked for the US (or any other major world power) government and was the person responsible for creating a doomsday apocalypse (consisting of a mix of evolving zombies and sentient AIs) on Earth where he enjoyed his days in his stronghold with various women until he was caught and killed by a yandere sentient android (which he created) who wanted to be the only girl in his life.

MC's Powers: The Essences he gets depend on how OP you want the MC to start off with. The ideal ones for this story are Essence of Blank and Essence of the Scholar, which will basically give him limitless potential and higher intellect and mastery over many sciences respectively. Again, the plan is to develop the MC into a scientist kind of character that dabbles in many fields like chemistry, engineering, medicine, genetics, etc… If you want to go a more OP route and maybe plan to develop this story into a multiverse story (and want the character to have an even stronger start) then he could get Essence of Blank, Essence of the Scholar, Essence of the Archimage, Essence of the Mad Doctor, Essence of the Crafter, and Essence of the Warlord which will make him a lot more OP.

General information on the story/timeline: Preferably, I would like the MC to get reincarnated into the distant past when All-for-One was still at peak power. My idea was for the MC to have his own territory that he controls completely from behind the scenes (where only those at the top echelons of the world would know that he controls that territory). That territory, in my mind, would be I-Island which is a paradise for inventors like himself. If you feel that this territory is too small, then you can make it a group of floating islands rather than just one or you can create an even larger floating island (maybe the size of a small continent). Either way, the idea is that he has his own place where he can do anything. I want the MC to be interested in quirks as a whole and let him do research on it and technology derived from it. Preferably, he would have a store of preserved biological samples of each quirk (or rather of the person the quirk belongs to) (including All-for-One and One-for-All) and be able to create clones of the people from the sample. Given his powers and intellect, he should also have long figured out how to copy and transfer quirks and how to allow a person to have multiple quirks (even if they were born quirkless) but should only do this procedure on his forces so that he has his own army of OP soldiers to defend his territory with (given that they will only be a secret/special force and only appear if the regular security can't handle an incident). I would also like for him to have fought with All-for-One in the past where he dominated the fight to the point that All-for-One doesn't ever try to step on I-Island. I would prefer if changes to the timeline the MC was reincarnated in were kept minimal so that it is still possible to get to canon timeline (you can say that the MC is interested in some women or quirks of their time like Momo's Creation or Eri's Rewind). As such, it would be best if you have the MC develop some technology that will allow him to access other timelines of the MHA universe. This way the MC can let all his chaotic tendencies and plans happen in other timelines. It can also allow for interesting situations to happen like the MC getting alternate evil/psychotic versions of women like Nana Shimura and Stars and Stripes (or her sister which was said to be killed) into his harem and having them meet their canon selves or disciples (like an evil Nana Shimura meeting All Might or Gran Torino). He could also have a grown up, yandere version of Eri come and f*ck up the rest of the Shie Hassaikai. Alternatively, you could also have his home timeline be the chaotic one and let him go to a timeline where canon is happening to mess with those characters and get samples of their quirks.

Further information: Given the MC's intellect, the author has many ways of making the MC strong on his own as I have left the MC's personal strength up to the author. You can choose a quirk for him (as I did not specify one; essences do not count as quirks and are in MC's soul instead of in his physical body), choose to have him fight with technology (either having him develop powerful weapons, quirk canceling technology, or having him cybernetically enhance himself like in Cyberpunk), or having him implant/transfer strong quirks to himself. Either way, you have many avenues to increase the strength of the MC. If you are interested in further developing the MHA world, then you can have the MC adventure into other areas/countries of the world that were never really developed in detail in canon like America, China, Russia, Africa, Korea, etcetera. These areas/countries are bound to have their own superheroes and supervillains as well as different ways of governing/dealing with them which would be interesting to see and open up an avenue for any OC characters you wish to introduce. Some interesting other ideas would be for him to build his own autobot robots from Transformers or creating an AI like Cortana (from Halo) to manage his empire/territory. It would be fun to see him a bit like Kang the Conqueror of the Marvel Universe with him hopping into random timelines.
