Chapter 8-Bid war (part 2)

I have decided to make my way to the 8th floor after buying the suit. I had to take the elevator to make it to the 8th floor. The good thing was that there were many elevators in this mall. The number of elevators in this mall is close to 40 elevators. This means that the people did not have to wait for elevators since they were so many.

The number of people that were lined up to take the elevator in the place that I was about 100. The good thing was that in this place they were 10 elevators. Each elevator could fit about 10 people with ease on them. This meant that I will be able to go into an elevator on this trip.

They were many women and men waiting for the elevator. Some of these women you could see that they were extremely spoiled by their husbands. The reason I think this is because they are wearing a lot of expensive things. They are also linking hands with men. So you can see that they were together. The men you can also tell that they were extremely wealthy by the clothes and the watches they were wearing.

Some of the men here were wearing suit worth 3 million yuan. Others were wearing watches of 2 million to 5 million yuan. You could see that these people were extremely wealthy at a single look.

"What is going on? Why are they are so many rich people right now?" I say to myself while looking stunned at what I was seeing. You have to know is almost impossible for many rich people to be in one place at the same time. By the look of it, they were going to the same place as well. You could see that they were a massive event going on.

I finally was able to make it into the elevator after waiting 3 minutes for the elevator to arrive. The number of people that took the elevator with me was a couple and 4 of their bodyguards. I was even surprised that they let me get in the elevator with them.

"Excuse me, can I ask a question, sir?" I asked a question to the guy that allowed me to go into the elevator with them.

"Of course you can little guy." The rich guy answer to me.

"Why is the reason that many rich people are going to the same place from what I can see?" I asked while wondering what is going on.

"The reason for this is because there will be a piece of jewelry that will be selling for 20,000,000. This means that they will be a bidding war between rich people to see who gets it. The last time that they were a 20,000,000 jewelry for sell it was 4 years ago." The rich guy answer to me while smiling.

"Thank you for letting me. Another question why did you let me take the elevator with you guys? You can see by a single look that I might not be rich by the way I am dress." I say to the rich guy.

"My grandfather always say don't judge a book by it cover. You will never know what that book might bring. This is one of the reasons as to why my family is where they are right now." The rich guy answers me.

"Well say for sure. My name is Zhu Ling nice to meet you sir" I reply to the rich guy in from of me by introducing myself.

"Nice to meet you, Zhu Ling. My name is Jiang Ci. This is my daughter Jiang Gin." The rich guy introduces himself and his daughter.

"Wow, it seems I was wrong I thought that she was his wife," I say to myself.
