Honkai Dream 1- An Outsider

I had blinked and watched a scene of thunder and lighting crash into buildings in an upstanding city.

The people around were pale white and some with clothes of black and orange.

Some wielded weapons while others were barehanded.

I walked past them, as if I was a ghost. I didn't know where or why I was moving, but all I knew is that I had to keep moving. And so I did.

Without realizing it, I had made it to the front of some kind of school. On my quick journey, I had walked past many to what can be considered zombies. All human life I witnessed was corrupted into a pure white, while some were killed if they were different.

As I stood in front of the school, I heard gunshots ring out. I wanted to rush in and see, but all I could do was listen.

After a while, I see a girl with sky blue eyes and white hair walk beside a girl with raven hair and dark blue eyes. They both wore a uniform that matched they're hair color.

I recognized that the white haired girl with a baseball bat and guns was Kiana Kaslana, K-423. While the Raven haired girl with a katana was Raiden Mei, a newly awakened Herrscher brought back to her senses.

Why was this only coming to me now and why was I witnessing these events I have read about? I have no idea, so I continued to watch like the spectator I was.

They both walked through me, I turned around and watched as they walked down the street.

Kiana suddenly stopped and so did Mei. Kiana turned around and I felt her stare at me, she somehow perceived my existence despite everything. Mei wondered what Kiana stared at only to receive silence.

Me and the clone stared at each other, and that's when she spoke. "Are you just going to stay there or come along?"

As she said that, I felt my existence shake and a migraine formed. I saw sweat drop onto the ground.

Sweat? Physical sweat?

I wiped my brow and looked at my hands. I was no longer ethereal. Just as I was about to walk forward to follow the two, my vision quickly faded black.

Then I blinked awake.
