Summary: what if someone from our world gained a gamer system? what if that someone entered the Pokemon world? what does instead creating their own Pokemon Journey and being a normal Pokemon trainer; they start their very own Mafia group? what would happen? how would the world around him adapt? will he keep it a secret?
Chapter 1: A Bored Person
It was a normal day for the young man named Derek. He just got off from work and all he wants to do is relax by picking up a Pokemon novel named new generations. Darren went to his night stand and picked up the half way finished book. In his mind he is definitely going to finish reading this novel before deciding to go to bed. Although unlike most of the novels he reads online, this one is officially made by Nintendo instead of it being fan-made variation of the Pokémon series. This book is about Ashton Ketchum son of Ash Ketchum going on his first Pokémon adventure at the age of 16. It starting off with a recap of Ashes adventures and him raising his son in the prologue chapter, give you a good natured yet clumsy and air headed father figure in Ash. While chapter one gives you has Ashton waking up early to get his first Pokémon a young male Bulbasaur nicknamed Rose by our protagonist in Derek's novel. At the start of chapter two through five is the beginning of Ashton's journey, while he hugs his dad says goodbye to his grandma and kisses the picture of his mom he starts off on his journey and gets in all types of mischief like his father and mother. The part where Derek is at is the fifteenth chapter where Ashton is having a 3 v 3 Pokémon battle with his rival Iris Oak the third daughter of Gary Oak. Unfortunately for Derek the novel left off on a cliff hanger, sighing Derek closed the book and rubbed his eyes as he looked at his clock 12:30 p.m. Sighing once more Derek closed his eyes and went off to sleep.
Chapter 2: System Start
Derek wakes up in a black void, dazed and confused he looks around trying to get an understanding of his situation. After around 30 minutes he came to the conclusion that their are only 3 options he could think of; option 1 he was still dreaming. This one is unlikely since he wants some ice cream and he does not see anything, option 2 he got kidnapped by some strange unknown entity. While more likely the right answer he hope this is not the case, and option 3 cliche reincarnation. As weird as that last one was it was the most interesting one. Before Derek could ponder anymore on what's going on a strange screen pops up in his face.

Chapter 3: A New Life
Derek woke up in an abandoned building, as he looked around he sees hundreds of children. Thinking of a strategy on what to do now, he thought on how his life is going to be. Being a normal Pokémon Trainer is out since he need an education and a professor to vouch for him. Starving to death or staying as a street rat is out since he wants to live and not just to survive. Going to team rocket is out since he does not want to be a pawn to anyone. Wait what if he creates his own team instead of join them. He already has followers why not. Instead of the normal stealing other Pokémon, and catching legendaries to take over the world he do something different.

Derek Sighed as he got up and walked to two people. He pointed to the two and said.
[Derek] Sally. Fred. Get up and get everyone to the area I have an announcement to make for everyone here.
Sally and Fred nodded and did what was asked. They saw Derek's determined face and decided it was the best course of action. It took them 30 minutes to gather everyone.
[Derek] Attention everyone I have a great plan for us. Now who here is sick of being looked at as dirt. Who here is mad that they could never be a trainer. Who here just wants to live instead of just surviving! We notice many teams come by and I realized even if they are criminals they get three meals a day. So I decided we will make are own team. No we will not steal Pokémon like the lowly team rocket, nor will we take and torture legendary Pokémon to get what we desire. No we will do something better! we will gather every so called street rat and make a secret society that will not only help us but others like us around the world. Now who is with me!

After the speech everyone roared in delight and agreement. Before anyone calms down Derek pulls out the three pills and called up Sally and Fred and asked them to be his right and left hand. They both readily agreed. After that Derek handed them one of the pills and he told them to swallow it. As he told them he swallowed one himself. As he did so a bright light surrounded him, after a few seconds passed he looked healthy and good as new. When Sally and Fred saw that they immediately took theirs and the same thing happened to them. Derek then walked to the old table and brought out the Customized Bill PC and Trainer Id Printer.
[Derek] As all of you now realized I have strange abilities. These are from my odd aura unlocking. After it unlocked I put a barrier around this building so no one would find us. This is a Bill PC that I found and fixed up. I Customized it so it will be untraceable. This is a trainer Id make I did the same thing to it. The trainer Id is connected to this PC so if you catch over six Pokémon it will go over here.

*Sigh* our Team name will be hidden from others but us. Remember do not promote our team as it will put us in danger. I know what team name we will be. I choose Team Nexus, for our dreams will reach the stars as they will watch over us.

Everyone Dismiss I need to think on how many people will use the Id printer for the first time. After that I will discuss with Fred and Sally on who it will be getting those Id's and the working Pokéballs I found and fixed.

Chapter 4: A New Type of Trainer
After around 7 hours of discussion Derek, Sally and Fred came up with 10 different people to be their new personal trainers. Derek then began set up for those 10 people. He brought out the 10 outfits, 5 empty Pokéballs each on the 10 outfits and brought out 10 level 5 lillipup in their Pokéballs next to the Id printer.
[Derek] Each and everyone of you will take this pill before going to the trainer Id station. Once you do Take one outfit change and put it on. Each of you will get a Lillipup and a hidden Pokédex. As well as 5 Pokéballs, for you to catch other Pokémon.
The Ten people that where chosen are 13 - 16 years old. They did as instructed and were amazed by the results. They were about to run out and go on their adventure when Derek stopped them.
[Derek] Hold on I need to tell you all something. Congratulations! You are now a Pokémon Trainer, the type of trainer you are is a Wandering Trainer. A Wandering Trainer a certain mission to do. You guys have two main missions; One is an Open mission Protect Pokémon habitats from being destroyed and poached from. The other one is a hidden mission where the 10 of you recruit three outsiders to be loyal only to you and other wandering trainers.

Sally and Fred walked over to Derek. When they came close Derek gave them a cloak. While Sam got a Froakie, Fred got a squirtle. Derek put on his cloak as well and brought out a popplio.
[Derek] These will be our pokemon partners. Instead of us being regular trainers we will be the. Professor. I will be head professor who are in charge of getting the Pokémon. Fred will be the professor in charge of the light side trainers like the wandering trainers who will be doing good deeds and making sure no one knows us. While Sam takes the dark side trainers aka mafia and gangs making sure they are off our tails.

[Derek] the first set of trainers which are the wandering trainers will be handle by Fred. The next set will handle by me, they will be called the capture Trainers. The last set will be handled and trained by Sam the Shadow Trainers.
[System] -Ding-
[Derek] Each trainer has a goal, you already know the wandering trainers goal. the capture trainer goal will be to catch as many pokemon as they can, so they can be given to our new trainers their first Pokémon. The one Sam is going to train will be information gathering and dealings with the underground of our world.
Chapter 5: Exploring and Explaining
Ten months have passed and many Wandering Trainers have been made. During that time Derek kept getting rewards pertaining to his goal. As of right now there are around 147 Wandering Trainers, as well as more orphaned street rats coming to them. On the days like this Derek is going to step two of his plan. Gathering Sam and Fred to discuss something.
[Derek] All right we will now choose 10 people to be a capture Trainer. Who do you think the first 10 will be.
[Sam] Sally would be good, As for Dean I think he should be a shadow instead.
[Fred] Emma and Alex have my vote.
this conversation continues on until all the spots were filled out. After all this was over Derek went to his spot and brought out the 10 outfits ( in the outfit you get underwear *Dark blue*, hoodie *black*, short sleeve shirt *white*, jeans pants, socks *blue*, sneakers *black and gold*, and hat *purple and white*.), 5 empty Pokéballs each on the 10 outfits and brought out 10 level 5 Bidoof in their Pokéballs next to the Id printer.
[Derek] Each and everyone of you will take this pill before going to the trainer Id station. Once you do Take one outfit change and put it on. Each of you will get a Bidoof and a hidden Pokédex. As well as 5 Pokéballs, for you to catch other Pokémon. Now hold on I need to tell you all something. Congratulations! You are now a Pokémon Trainer, the type of trainer you are is a Capture Trainer with a certain mission to do. You guys have two main missions; One is an Open mission which is be a normal route trainer and befriend other normal trainers. The other one is a hidden mission is to capture many different types of Pokemon mostly Lillipup, Bidoof, and Sentret.
This continues on for a while for over 11 more months until stage three of his plans. So the next day Derek gathers Sam and Fred to discuss the next step. This took over 4 hours and 43 minutes to do. After all this was over Derek went to his spot and brought out the 10 outfits ( in the outfit you get underwear *Dark blue*, hoodie *midnight blue*, long sleeve shirt *navy blue*, jeans pants, socks *blue*, sneakers *black and blue*, and Mask *purple and night sky blue*.), 5 empty Pokéballs each on the 10 outfits and brought out 10 level 5 Sentret, 10 level 5 Gastly, and 10 level 5 Houndour in their Pokéballs.
[Derek] Each and everyone of you will take this pill before going to the trainer Id station. Once you do Take one outfit change and put it on. Each of you will get a Sentret as your starter and a hidden Pokédex. If you notice you have two more Pokemon. Gastly will be your stealth Pokemon while Houndour will be your heavy hitter Pokemon. Unlike the others you will not be getting an Id like normal trainers. You will get your special bounty hunter trainer Id after you get a full team and pass Sam's exam to be the new shadow trainer. As of right now you are candidates to become Shadow Trainers. If you pass the exams you guys have two main missions; One is an Open mission which is bounty hunting, while he other one is a hidden mission is to keep tabs on the mafia and their dealing of the underground. Until then Good Luck.
During this time it took 5 years to complete to go on to the next stage of his plan. So far their is 417 Wandering Trainers, 275 Capture Trainers, 318 Shadow Trainers Candidates, and 158 Shadow Trainers after all this time. Right now Derek's next step is to consolidate and reinforce the foundations of his network and group. In doing so he checks his status.
