The forest creatures big and small stopped to look in one single direction, the single place no creature would venture close to. All the creatures of the forest, as if with a single mind, all quickly left what they were doing and headed for their homes.

In that same location these animals refused to journey to there was loud coughing and gaging noises coming from a certain rabbit.

Despite there being no visible damage to the coughing rabbit. It still had a look as if it was about to die. With tears at the corners of its eyes it successfully coughed out a few pieces of what used to be of the glowing flower.

As this was going on the rabbit's mind was filled with one thought...Get rid of it! Get rid of it! Get rid of it! Out! Out! Out!

Sadly, the thing she wanted to be rid of currently couldn't hear her and even if it did it would ignore her. So, the unlucky rabbit named Lishe had to listen to the mechanical sound in her head as it does what .

"Hello host I am....." There was a long silence after the strangely cold and mechanical voice spoke.

But Lishe couldn't care less of how it sounded becaise the moment she heard a voice the first thought that came to mind was.

' I ate a flower...with an...ADVANCED TECH PARASITE!!!!' And continued to gag, violently trying to get the flower out.

No matter how much effort she put into vomiting out the flower. In the end she only got the glowing stem out before she gave up And accepted the situation. Before she could completely collapse and mourn her now violated body.

She then heard an angry voice that caused her to snap out of her thoughts.

"Missing.Missing.Missing!!!! What have you done!!!" That same cold voice from earlier shook in anger.

Now confused and a bit scared Lishe had originally wanted to ignore the parasite but now she wasn't too sure if she should ignore something that is basically in her mind. So she reluctantly replied. "W-what do you mean para.. Sir? Miss? thing?"

"There is a GAP! In most if not all of the data that I've collected over the centuries!"

The only thing Lishe could do in a situation like this is to change the subject and get information plus this parasite is giving her a headache. "So...you seem to be very attached to this...data. Why is that?"

The voice felt it was best to enlighten this dumb host who has no sense of whats truly valuable in this world. " This data is the information i have collected from all who I've called a host and compiled into a single update."

Lishe's distract was a success. Much more confident than before. She then continued to indirectly ask, "What is your relationship to these hosts and what is your purpose for collecting these...hosts?"

"Well... I'm a system so of course I have to have a host in order to complete the tasks I've assigned to the host! And together our purpose is to keep the balance of this world"

'This 'system' seems proud of taking control of others... Yeah, it's a parasite.' Feeling a bit upset that she is now a 'host' and is responsible for keeping a 'balance' she had the urge to break something but she still was able to resist and continued to ask the parasite questions. "So, from what you're saying I'm this 'host' and I have to follow what you tell me to do but... what do you do? exactly?"

"I can tell you anything you want to know about this world, provide items, and there was more I was able to do but now it's limited." By the end of the systems sentence it became a bit menacing.

"So...What do I get if I complete your goal? and what happens if I don't?" Lishe was a bit scared to ask these two questions but she needed another distraction to throw a the parasite in her head.

"Well for your first question you get your freedom if you complete the main mission as for your second question...."

Lishe couldn't help but feel something forming in the bottom of stomach at the damn parasites next sentance.

"Your soul would be reprocessed into an update if the mission is failure."

I guess I forgot to mention this last time but I'll be updating three times a week. Hope you enjoy this chapter!
