Toast Part 2

Rain's body shook and he woke up, when he saw Gevan was already in front of him. When does Gevan leave class? he asked himself. Oh no he's daydreaming again, he thought again. He stood up and looked back. He saw class X Language 1 was empty. None of the students were inside. Everyone them had gone to the canteen and he didn't realize it. Because he was busy daydreaming and wandering in his mind.

Gevan opened his voice "Why are you beautiful? Why are you daydreaming again?"

Rain stuttered "Eh it's okay how come I'm not daydreaming" Rain replied lying

"I know you're lying. Beautiful, OK, it's okay if you don't believe me. You can tell me later when you're ready and have believed in me," Gevan replied understanding

Rain smiled uncomfortably with Gevan's answer "I'm sorry Gevan. it's not that I don't believe in you, but it feels too soon if you have to know everything now, all about my life. Give me time, Gevan, because with me I tell you all about my life, it means I'm ready to reopen the wound that I closed tightly. I'm not ready Gevan" said Rain sincerely

"I know beautiful"

"Thank you Gevan, I'm lucky to have a friend as good as you" said Rain with a sweet smile

But I hope we can be more than beautiful friends, said Gevan in his heart. He only responded with a smile. A second later he remembered the lunch box he brought from home that he planned to give to Cantik

"Beautiful, I brought bread. Let's eat before the break ends" said Gevan then pulled Rain's. Right hand leading her into the classroom

Rain just obeyed being treated like that. She just nodded his head as a sign that he agreed with Gevan's invitation. When they got to his desk, they sat his ass down smoothly in their respective chairs. Gevan swiftly took the gray lunch box from his bag. He opened the lunch box and handed it one for Rain, and the other for himself. Gevan has already started to eat his toast. he thinks this toast is very good, even though it's just regular toast with pineapple jam. Rain accepted it and said,

"Gevan, you like pineapple, don't you?" ask Rain

"No, I like you"

"I'm serious Gevan" Rain replied with a face that was already red like a boiled crab

"I'm serious too, I like you not pineapple"

"Ish whatever, I'm not asking" Rain replied with a bent face

"Princess, you're cranky. Don't be angry, honey, you'll lose your beauty," said Gevan mischievously. For some reason Gevan was so happy to tease Rain that Rain blushed. It was very cute for him.

"Don't call me "Darling" I'll be tired later" replied Rain who had covered his face with both hands

"Cie who really wants to be called honey" said Gevan again

"Well, Gevan, don't keep teasing me"

"Yes, yes. What did you ask earlier? Try it again"

"What is it? That's why I forgot what to ask"

"I'm still in the 1st grade of high school and I'm senile like a grandmother"

"If I'm a grandmother, it means you're grandparents, right?" replied Rain with a grin

"Who really wants to grow old with me"

"Huh??? What do you mean?" confused Rain

Gevan changed the subject. He chose to change the topic rather than having to argue with Beauty "No no, I'm not senile like you, Beautiful"

"Loh, you also forgot what I asked earlier, right?"

"I don't remember, I'm just fishing for you wleee" Gevan replied by sticking out his tongue

"What??? did I ask you what?"

"That's how you asked, "Gevan, do you like pineapples?"

"Hehehe forget it, so you like pineapple huh?" ask Rain

"Why do you ask that?"

"Oh, why don't you answer?" Rain replied excitedly

"No, I don't like pineapples"

"Huh? Why is this but pineapple jam?"

"You asked if you like pineapple, right? Yes, I said no, I like pineapple jam. Not raw pineapple that hasn't been processed into jam," Gevan replied with a grin.

"Oh, Gevan, I meant that, forgot to say other than that"

"Oh"

"Oh just?, isn't there a word shorter than that?"

"So what do you want, honey?"

"Oh, don't call me darling, Ge"

"Yes, what do you want? How come I've been feeling the wrong way earlier?"

"Uh no, that's not what I meant." Rain paused, trying to find the right words but couldn't find them. As a result he tried to divert the conversation,

"Ehmm… Gevan, can I have one more toast?" Rain asked shyly

"It's okay to be beautiful. Never mind toast, you just ask for my heart, I'll definitely give it" Gevan answered casually. Gevan really does not know the situation and conditions. He didn't know how Rain was trying to calm his heart that was jumping up and down trying to get out of place. Rain is very nervous right now. Every time Gevan teases her for some reason. He always blushes and her heart always beats faster than it should.

"Here's toast with pineapple jam for the beautiful princess." Gevan teased again by thrusting 1 toast towards Rain,

When Rain accepted it and was about to say thank you. Her speech was stopped by someone suddenly sitting in front of him. And she didn't know the person at all but the face felt familiar to her. Like she had seen it before but he couldn't remember it. So she just kept quiet. Didn't make a sound she chewed his bread slowly and with her head down looking at the table in front of her. She chose to be silent this time. Maybe this guy is important to Gevan, he thought.
