Radio - chapter 1

"Honey!" Jack sang as he walked through the door his vest shiny and his smile sparkling. He turned around to see his wife jumping at him hugging him "Hun!". He heard the familiar song play on his radio "𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂 𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒆". He froze his eyes fixed on the radio just staring. He came back to reality "w-what-" He put his hand on his head thinking mumbling "stupid radio-".

Jack started to cook dinner he whistled a tune while cooking. He stopped again looking at the radio its green glow flickering "Me three were all alone". He stared at a voice speaking "Hun! the stove!" His wife called at him but his eyes were fixed on the radio. Minutes had passed just the echo of the radio playing in his head His wife had stopped the stove and called 911. He finally snapped back looking around blinking "Jack look at me!" His wife called snapping "w-what happened?" . Jack stood there "the radio" He grabbed it gripping it "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME!" He shook it violently .

Jack then looked at his worried wife and put the radio down "im fine-". He went to their bedroom sitting down on the bed thinking. He hummed the melody to Midnight the stars and you. Later that night he went down stairs passing the radio its glow shining. He stared at it again this time he closed his eyes and opened them notcing eyes all around him glowing.
