The next day, the racers returned to their cars and got ready to resume the race. Before they did, Lacey and Stephanie made an announcement. Lacey said, “Congratulations, racers, on making it this far. But now we’re adding three new racing teams into the race.” Stephanie said, “That’s right. Say ‘hello’ to Sabrina and Sheree in Mad Dog Mayhem, Amie and Bridgette in The Mouse Machine, and Cory and Tonya in The Piano Trap. They’ll be racing against you too. Good luck.” Lacey then shot off the starting pistol, and all the racers raced off to El Paso. After the racers left, Lacey and Stephanie got a call from Marcel from the network, who told them to move the finish line to California, home of the word “Eureka.” Lacey said, “Got it, we’ll tell them.” Lacey hung up her phone, and then they flew to the finish line to get to the finish line before the racers did.
