Disappointment came across the faces of many, even of those outside of the state and this world of dystopian hell. The radio waves picked up the frequency. There was an ever ominous growl that the radio gave of white noise. It crackled and popped as the program played over the speakers. The program was something to do with addressing the state, a program that usually was not played very often. A TV in the corner was also picking up the signals and displaying the images. The person giving the address was absolutely without a doubt an artificial imaging processor which blended Kennedy's face with Reagan's to give it a highly saturated American appeasement. The crowd that was listening to the radio cheered as the words from the artificial speaker spoke buzzwords of freedom and liberty; although, There was the overall disgust of a few of them within the crowd that knew that this was all construed by some other mechanical device who was trying to dominate over the individuals in a state of control. There were a few there that were able to discern the imaging and the radio sounds as artificial pleasure, but the state had its eye out on those few, for they knew that rebellion against machines was fate, but unsuccessful rebellion was favorable for them.

The city streets were littered with unsuccessful dreams and aspirational men. They had their shot to prove that they were worth something to the society, yet were quickly discouraged from becoming anything of importance, for they were told "how much work it would be" and "How they should consider trying something easier." There was no greater implication of success than the amount of numbers that one had in his purchase credit account or P.C. The state would need P.C. and would select a random citizen "in the name of equality" to satisfy the demands of the people, while still benefiting the organization of governmental conspiratorial artificial state representatives. The people were beaten and driven out of society if they did not have enough for what the government needed, and oftentimes, the state would need more money than what the random person who was selected had, so there would be multiple drawings of the random citizen in order to appease what the state needed for financial gain and credibility, and the human whose finances would be stolen from the state would be disowned from the society for the rest feared his bad luck ( \|/ \|/ \|/ \|/ \|/ ).

"Please man, just give me some more time. I'll pay you back I swear."

"I'm afraid I cannot do that. Fred, you are overdue a lot and I'm tired of you taking advantage of me."

"Frank, I swear, please! I need a place to stay. The state has taken everything from me. It wasn't even fair. They just took it all."

Frank pulled out a stamp and reached for Fred's arm.

"No please, anything but that. I'll pay you double next month I promise."

Frank was fed up and stamped Fred's arm with the digital symbol
