32 Arc 4.3 Queen Mother

[Side Task 1: Make Tyler and Faust your Royal Guards. Reward: 2000 points (1000 points each)]

When Alex heard the task, she wanted to pounce on the two sexy men immediately. Those combat suits were so tight on their bodies that she could clearly see their well-defined muscles, abs, and large "packages" making her drool. To top it off, they were both so handsome ah! Tyler had a manly type of handsomeness while Faust had a gentle yet powerful kind of handsomeness--both men were the epitome of perfection!

She was just about to seduce--uh, beckon them over to talk about life when 001 burst her bubble.

[Host, you're married.]

001 was a hardcore shipper of the CP Gu Yuan x Tian Xi even if he didn't really show it outright. It was to be expected since they had been through three lifetimes together and more importantly, he believed his host should cling as tight as she could onto Gu Yuan's golden thigh. With him, even with her miserable nonexistent luck 001 knew that his host could take first place.

'001, I was married. Right now, I'm single and ready to mingle; these two men have gotten me lovestruck and now I'm ready to fuck.'

"Dismiss," Alex lowly mumbled under her breath.

'Sigh...He will find out. Definitely. But...' She reluctantly eyed the two juicy pieces of meat standing in front of her who were apparently still stunned before getting up from the floor and patting debris, blood, and dust off of her body.

'Well, then 001, please enlighten this great and holy one on how else I can impregnate these two peerless beauties without intercourse.'

If 001 had a face, there would be black lines all over it.

Only God knows how awkward it was for 001 to say that out loud, and it was only for his host to hear.

But for some reason, even though he was just a system he felt that he should be ashamed like there was more than just one person listening to him... (001 looks past the screen and fails to see any readers. He sighs in relief.)

Alex couldn't hide her cringe at the solution. She wanted to gag.

'You telling me to touch myself? How to do that without being raped by my two handsome admirers? I mean, I'd personally consent so it wouldn't be rape but at the same time it's not like I intended to entice them...or something.'

[Stop complaining and just get the job done. I know you already have a plan.]

Then with a Window's logout outro, 001 left the scene since he wasn't interested in watching his host pleasure herself.

'It's not like I'm gonna do it now, geez.' Alex was exasperated. The two wolves were still in the room!

"Ty, Faust."

She smiled weakly towards her two childhood friends. The first thing she had to do was get them out of their stupor. It made her wonder if it was the power of being a host. The NPCs gave her time to talk with her system.

She immediately threw herself onto both men, wrapping her arms around their necks in a hug that brought them closer together so that all of their bodies rubbed against each other.

Just let me eat some tofu. I won't ask for anything more ah.

"I..." She tried her best to squeeze out some tears, just enough to fill up her eyelids but not enough to drop. It was easy to do since she was crying about not being able to eat the delicious meals placed right in front of her on a silver platter. Then, she lightly pushed them away from her as she faced the floor in despair with a bitter smile.

"What's wrong, Lexi?" Faust tenderly asked, his eyes laced with concern.

Tyler was also visibly distressed and worried at Alex's expression and actions. She rarely broke down like this at all, even in front of them.

Alex looked up at the two men without lifting her head full of fiery red-orange hair, her pale blue eyes were glossy and coated in tears, and it made them want to protect, love, and pamper her--yet, at the same time there was a sense of hopelessness and sadness in them as if there was nothing else for her to live for.

She was usually a strong and cheeky little red fox, but right now in front of them she was just a weak and helpless kitten.

Knowing something really bad must have happened, Tyler and Faust feared for the worst.

Both of them immediately went up to her and consoled her softly and gently.

"It's okay, Lexi. Tell us what's wrong? Everything will be alright."

"Lexi, what's bothering you? Tell your big brother* Ty?"

(*if y'all normally read cnovels, y'all know it ain't the literal meaning, but more of a term of endearment and sign of closeness.)

Bringing her small hands to their larger ones, she grabbed them and clenched them tightly as if they were her wooden planks in the middle of the ocean. She laughed wryly, "You have to kill me."

Their breaths audibly hitched as her words registered in their minds. Simultaneously, their strong and rough hands tightened around hers.

Tyler sternly asked, "Why?"

She finally lifted her head, and her eyes were no longer full of self-pity. They were clear, resolved, and determined.

When the original Alex made the decision to die instead of risk killing these two men, she cared little for her own life. What she truly treasured was the time she spent and the time she could have spent in the future with her two, precious people--her true and only family.

"I'm no longer human. I...have an alien inside me. I can feel it, and I don't know if I will be able to suppress it forever." Alex was 100% confident in her ability to keep it under control, but she had to confess the fact that she was no longer human to her two most-trusted friends if she wanted to take a step into gaining them as her Royal Guards. She needed their absolute trust and loyalty.

The air stilled, and the room fell silent. Not even their breathing could be heard if it wasn't for Alex's exceptional hearing.

Before she knew it, she had been firmly held in both men's embrace. They clung onto her body tightly as if they let go she would disappear from their sight.

"You are an idiot, you know? How could we kill you after hearing that?" Tyler's voice shook as he buried his face into her hair.

"It's okay if you lose control. It's okay if we end up dying if it's you doing the killing. If we have to kill you in order to stay alive, Lexi...what's the point in living?" Faust let out a soft sigh as he breathed in Alex's scent by her neck.

Alex was actually touched. The original was seriously blessed to have these two precious buns around her.

"I love you guys. So, so much." She smilingly brought her hands that still held both of theirs to her lips, lightly kissing their palms as she let her tears slide down her rosy cheeks.

I don't mean to mislead you two, but...it's very true that the original really loved you both. As brothers and friends. If it weren't for the alien queen's influence she never would have let the relationship go down that route.

Tyler and Faust knew she only meant it as friends and family, but they were content. Each brought the free hand they hugged her with to her cheek; Tyler to her right and Faust to her left as their thumbs gently wiped away her tears.

Out of the blue, there was a loud rumbling sound that resembled a wronged howl.

The two tall men lifted their heads from Alex's hair and neck and couldn't help but grin at her adorably red face.

She grimaced in embarrassment as she asked meekly, "Is there anything to eat?"
