Joseph Duncan - Old friend, Old story

Mindy is an acquaintance of Joseph in New York who is very kind to him. Actually, Joseph was not new to him. They have been friends since college and now Mindy works for a publishing company in the city.

That afternoon Joseph wanted to celebrate his first day working with Mindy at one of the bars. Mindy arrived late so Joseph had time to sit down and order a drink while waiting for his friend.

"Joseph. Sorry i'm late." Mindy said it while giving Joseph a short kiss on the left cheek.

"No problem, I know you are a busy editor." Answered Joseph.

"Junior editor." Mindy rolled her eyes. "How was your first day?" Mindy asked enthusiastically.

"Order a drink first, then I'll tell you everything," said Joseph.

Mindy smiled, "Softdrink." Mindy said to the maid and the maid nodded before leaving.

"You don't drink alcohol?" Ask Joseph.
