Gwyneth sauntered out and found it was raining pretty hard outside. Having no money, not having a car, not even having self-respect, it feels like she doesn't have it anymore.
Joseph followed her, "It's raining." Joseph said curtly, while Gwyneth looked indifferent.
"You want to go back inside?" Ask Joseph.
Gwyneth turned to the man "You want me to be your laughing stock?" Gwyneth looked at Joseph.
Joseph briefly smiled. "People like you always look at other people with skepticism and judge that others must be laughing at you, how distrustful are you Miss Gwyneth Walmer?" Joseph muttered.
Gwyneth looked away, she looked to the other side while contemplating how to get out of that place without having to drop her pride again in front of the stranger.
Joseph took his wallet and took out two hundred dollar bills and handed them to Gwyneth. "Use this to pay for a taxi home," said Joseph.
