Prologue

It was my first day of college in London, it was cold and snowing, its wide streets were covered with a thin layer of snow, how I loved the melancholy weather.

Glad my name is Sabrinne, I'm the daughter of English Robert Charles Johnson and Portuguese Maria Amélia Gonçalves Dias, they got married very young and I came into the world after 15 years of marriage, you must think it's a long time without children, but my mother she had serious problems getting pregnant and after giving up the treatment, she discovered my existence in her uterus. She is an amazing and very charismatic woman, my father and the other way around he is a good man, but he doesn't show his feelings very well, as for me. I'm shy with people I don't know and sometimes I'm shy with people I know, but when I get along with people who have the same vibes as me, I get very close to the person.

The college is really amazing, but since it's snowing you can't see how green its fields are, and its big iron gates gave it the appearance of a haunted house.

I go through the big oak door, and see the young people heading towards the student reception room, I follow them, it seems there are freshmen just like me, it makes me more relieved, I feel like a child next to the seniors, they are here longer and they know more, and I'm already here scared like a little mouse.

We arrived in a huge room, full of chairs, I felt in one at the very back, so nobody notices me, and let hell start, because this is what it looks like here, an old man with a white mustache arrives on stage, speaking motivating words to help the newly arrived students.
