As Max continued to walk towards his cubicle, he suddenly noticed that someone was already sitting inside. The guy was alone in his office.

Max slowly hid behind the other cubicles and started observing the guy sitting inside his cubicle.

Although his face wasn't clearly visible, his hands were rough and slightly bigger than normal.

'Who is this guy? And why is he sitting at my computer? Should I say something to him? Or should I call secu-' Before Max could think of anything else, he noticed a small purple ring in the man's hand.

The ring was on his right hand's index finger, and when Max saw it, he was amazed because he was wearing the same ring right now, on the same hand and finger.

'That guy is me, from this universe?' Max wondered as he decided to keep himself hidden.

"Fuckkkkk... Why aren't you working, bitch? Come on, give me a proper run. It can't be that hard to code a game's monster?" The man shouted, confirming that he was really Max due to the similar voice.

'Ah... I remember this time. I was tasked with a game's monster coding, so that the monster can run and chase players inside the game.

This was 2 years ago, when I was just a fresher in this company, and I couldn't complete this newbie task because I was using the wrong software.

The next day, I was humiliated by all of my colleagues and seniors for using the wrong software.' Max thought as an angry expression appeared on his face.

'Wait... Does that mean this world is running 2 years behind in time, then my world? Doesn't that mean I just time traveled and became the first time traveler? Damn.' Max thought as he looked at himself getting frustrated with every passing second.

"Haaaaaa.... Fuckkk... Why aren't you running, bitch?" The other Max shouted as he stood up and walked towards the coffee machine.

'Well, that was also one of the biggest mistakes I made that day. Drinking coffee from that machine was a shitty mistake. No one in the office drinks coffee from that machine; I came to know that after 3 months working here.' Max thought as he slowly sneaked up to the cubicle and started typing on the keyboard.

"Fuck... Tastes like shit." The other Max shouted from the hallway.

"Told you, it was a shitty mistake." Max spoke with a smirk, speeding up his typing and returning to the same location when he heard the other Max coming back.

The other Max came back and sat down, but this time, when he turned to look at his computer, he was amazed by what he saw.

"Hmm...? T-The program is working?" The other Max spoke as he looked at his program now running in a different software.

"Holy Cow... This shit is working, Yessss.... I can go home now and spend some time with my girlfriend. Hehehe..." The other Max spoke as he packed his things and closed his computer.

'Girlfriend huh...? That cheating bitch. I had a girlfriend around this time of year, her name was Jennifer.

Jennifer was a good girl in school, and that was one of the reasons why I asked her to go out with me... But I never knew she would turn out to be such a slut.

One year into our relationship, and I found her fucking this other guy from a general store. I immediately broke up with her, but I couldn't do anything about that son of a bitch who fucked her.' Max thought with an angry expression, but he couldn't do anything now because it's not his life. It's the other Max's life.

As Max noticed the other Max is gone, he immediately sneaked up to his computer.

Max pressed the power button, and suddenly, a password-protected panel opened in front of him.

"Hmm....? Password? I don't remember having a password. Well, let's try Max123."

[Wrong Password]

"Maxisgenius123..."

[Wrong Password]

"Fuckk... Now I remember. It was, Jenni123."

[Opened]

"Damn, that bitch." Max cursed as he looked at the computer screen with an angry expression.

"Okay... Let's focus here for the time being. So, according to the quest, I have to learn fighting. In order to learn fighting, I need some type of fighting course... Let's search on Gootube." Max spoke as he started looking up videos to learn fighting skills.

The night passed and the sun rose....

Employees started coming into the office, and as they came in, they saw Max passed out on his computer, while the computer was playing videos of some kung fu tournament.

"What is this newbie doing? Didn't we give him a presentation to make?" A man with long black hair and a decent face spoke. This guy is a senior of Max named Mark.

"Yeah, the one with the wrong software?" A stupid-looking guy asked. This guy is his sidekick, James.

"Hahaha... I will humiliate him so much today, Lol." Mark spoke as both of them started laughing and went back to their cubicles.

As soon as they went back, Max opened his eyes, and he wasn't happy...

"You are planning to humiliate me huh...? Let me show you, How to humiliate someone, properly." Max spoke with an angry expression as he woke up and started walking towards the washroom.
