Lee Hyun sat with his back against the rough trunk of the old tree, his knees drawn up as he stared at the ground. The back of the old school building was secluded, a place where students rarely ventured.
The lone tree, gnarled and withered with age, offered the only bit of shelter from the afternoon sunlight. Yujin crouched in front of him, close enough that their knees almost touched, but with enough distance that he could feel Lee Hyun's tension despite his unchanging expression.
"So…it wasn't just a dream?" Yujin asked, his voice trembling slightly as he searched Lee Hyun's face for any sign of what he was feeling. He didn't know what to feel at all. It was the first time someone kissed him, and it was a man at that.
Lee Hyun didn't look up, his eyes fixed on the patch of dirt between his feet. Yujin was conflicted, but seeing the vice president look like a kid owning to his mistake, head lowered and apologetic, amused him.
