The issue online was still chaotic and many people still argued about Song Jiahao and Meng FeiFei online, yet after a few days everything settled down and the tides became calm. The internet was quite moody; one moment it would be focused on one thing and the next everyone would talk about something else.

The impact of the drugging scandal was large however and soon enough the name of Meng FeiFei was completely smeared. She made a post telling everyone she was quitting the entertainment industry, but everyone knew she was kicked by her own company.

So while the problems were being cleared, He An decided it was finally time to start his true mission and started looking for roles for Song Jiahao.

"Six, what were the names of the movies that grew popular in the original novel?" While flipping through documents, He An suddenly looked for Six's input.

[Is host planning on stealing the roles for our Jiahao? >w< Hm.. there was a romance movie about a poor student with a rich girl who pursued him!]

"Who directed it?" He asked.

[I think it was directed by San Yi? \(^o^)/]

"Xiaowen mentioned him last night... he's a newly started director, yet all his works have been a top hit. Perhaps he can help Song Jiahao." He An nodded.

[But... but host! What if Song Jiahao can't act? O_O]

"Didn't the author write him as a genius prodigy? I have faith in him." He An ignored the system's complaints and returned to writing on his laptop.

When he first woke up in this body, he thought he could live leisurely as a CEO but in the end he still had to work hard. It was the same when he was an emperor.

What is the point of having a golden finger if he couldn't even enjoy it? He An frowned and glared at Six, who cowered in a corner from the fierce glare it received from it's host.

After hours of checking through documents and confirming suitable work to the actors and actresses in He entertainment, He An was finally finished and leaned back on his chair to relax. He stretched out his arm and yawned.

"Great work, CEO He." He An's assistant who had arrived a few minutes ago complimented him and smiled, piling up the documents to take them away.

"Thank you." He An replied. Before his assistant left, he suddenly asked, "Assistant Luo, could you bring manager Xiang here?"

Assistant Luo looked up and agreed to his request before taking her leave. She wondered if Xiang Yu had gotten himself into trouble and snickered secretly.

She and Xiang Yu had been enemies ever since the company was founded. The two constantly fought over who would take certain works and who got certain bonuses.

When Xiang Yu received the news, he shot an angry look at Luo Xia and hurriedly headed for the CEO's office. He knocked before entering.

"Manager Xiang, take a seat. I have a few questions for you..." He An greeted him.

"CEO He, have I offended you in any way? Whatever I did, I apologize!" Xiang Yu quickly spoke up.

He An: ?

"What are you talking about? I called you here regarding Song Jiahao's career." He An coughed. Was the original owner really this strict, to instill fear in his own employees...

"Don't tell me that rascal caused another problem?! CEO He, we should terminate the contract with him!" Xiang Yu's face reddened from anger. That boy did nothing but cause trouble for him!

No matter how much he scolded him, he wouldn't listen and did things in his own way.

"No... it's the opposite. I'd like to give him more roles to finally give him acting experiences." He An was puzzled by Xiang Yu's reaction but still spoke regardless.

"Oh...? Is there something the CEO has in mind?" Xiang Yu was the most shocked.

He An explained, "I have a friend who's a director. I'm sure you know him? Liu Xiaowen. He's working on a new movie and is inviting Song Jiahao to audition for the role of the second male lead."

"Ah, yes... Liu Xiao... Liu Xiaowen?! That famous director?! CEO He, I'm truly speechless! That brat doesn't deserve this role!" Xiang Yu almost had a heart attack.

"Whether he deserves it or not is up to me." He An said.

"Yes, yes... I'll tell him immediately!" Xiang Yu was frightened by the chilly tone in He An's voice and was fast to change his mood. Although he didn't know why Song Jiahao was suddenly receiving attention from the CEO, he didn't want to question He An's words.

After a bit of silence, Xiang Yu added, "But... that Jiahao, what if he fails your expectations? He hasn't acted in any major roles yet, so his experience is limited..."

"That's exactly why I'm giving him this opportunity—to expand his horizons. If you have any questions about his acting, ask him yourself." He An was slightly annoyed by all the talking and simply excused Xiang Yu.

"Thank you, CEO He! Thank you!" Xiang Yu expressed his gratitude and bowed respectfully.

"Mn. I'll send the details of the audition to Song Jiahao later, your only job is to ensure it goes smoothly." He An waved his hand and shooed him away.

After Xiang Yu left, Six popped up and cheered, [First step of the mission is progressing well!! Congratulations, host! （≧∇≦）]

"I will support him for whatever he needs, but from here on, Song Jiahao will have to rely on his own abilities." He An stated.

He opened up his weibo app and searched for Song Jiahao's account. After finding it, he sent a message: It's me. Give me your number.

Although he already knew Song Jiahao's number because it was listed in his portfolio, he was still polite enough to ask directly.

He expected the response to take a few hours at least but was surprised when he got a reply within seconds: Okay~

Once He An got hold of Song Jiahao's phone number, he texted him about the audition and told him the date and location.

He An: The fifth of next month at Wen hotel. Good luck.

Song Jiahao: ...That's all?

On the other side, Song Jiahao was frowning at his phone. When he first got the notification that He An messaged him on weibo, he was a bit too excited and hastily answered, but it was just for work related matters? It would be a lie to say he wasn't disappointed.

He An: Why else would I message you?
