For an unknown amount of time, I slipped in and out of consciousness. The pain had been alleviated by my mystery benefactors.

I only felt fatigued and had a hollow ache in my chest and the pit of my stomach.

I'd been placed in a simple, small room, where two people seemed to be taking shifts to look after me. Their faces were only a blur, their word's nonsense. I was unable to understand anything. 

They fed me, helped me to go to the toilet, bathed me, changed my clothes, and just dutifully took care of me.

My only question was why?

Countless times I begged and pleaded with them to kill me. System also ignored my pleas, only apologizing over and over until giving up and remaining silent for a while now.
