Athena's P.O.V

My earliest memories I had no recollection of. From the time I realized there was a world around me I felt like I was missing something; trying to reconnect to something. It was funny really wanting something so bad and not even knowing what it was.

Around me were clouds of white. The floor looked as if it were the clearest ocean. In front of me was woman in pure white extending her arms to me. I found myself walking towards her and into her out stretched arms.

"Why do you keep pushing me away Athena?" She asks. In her embrace I felt warm and safe.

"Who are you?" I asked looking up into her green eyes which shone like mine did.

"There's no need to ask you already know who I am." She says as golden specks arose around us and everything was showered in an extremally bright light. I closed my eyes and when I reopened them I was met with a screen showing events that I didn't recognized.

"What's this?" I asked looking at the woman. she smiled sweetly and says,

"Your memories long forgotten."

I looked back over to the screen.

I was laying in my crib next to a boy who had my finger in his mouth as I looked up at our parents. I started to laugh and pulled my hand away from brother.

"Hello Asher, Athena." My mother says she picks me up while my dad picks up Asher.

Asher was my brother's name. His hair was black and eyes blue. He begins to cry and grabs at me. The woman behind me started to laugh and I turned to look at her.

"He was never great with being separated from you." She says.

I turned back to the screen which has switched to when we were around five.

"I want to outside." Little me says in my chair with my boil of cereal.

"When you finish eat." My dad says as he places juice for Asher. I wolf down my food in no time. Asher was practically finished with a few left in his boil.

"Can I go out now?" I asked excitedly as I hoped out of the chair. My dad sighed but nodded anyway I grab Asher's hand and lead him out into warm sun.

"Lets head to the flower field." Asher said and we switched places and he was now tugging me.

I followed behind him at super speed and reached the fields in no time. I stared picking some dandelions while Asher was little ways off playing with a butterfly.

"Hey kids." A man said as she walked up behind me. Asher was quickly in front of me to protect me. The man chuckled whiled looking at Asher. He grew claws and I canine teeth became pointy.

"I've been looking all over for you." He says as he lunges at me grabbing me by my neck. "My mistress will be quite pleased I've managed to capture you too."

"Let go of my sister." My brother says as he attacked but even with his enhanced strength at his age it wasn't enough. The vampire just flicks him away and I wince when he lands and rolled on the floor.

"Is that all?" He says laughing. " I was prepared for nothing. Asher wasn't moving and I was now struggling against the vampire. I soon realized it was futile he was too strong for a weak pup like me. I slumped as I gave up taking on last look at my brother before the vampire began walking. That was until he suddenly stop as a lightening blast hit where he was about to step. He turned looking back at my very pissed brother. Who was sparking with electricity.

"I said let go of my sister." He says as his eyes began to glow. Each step he look cause fire to erupt at his feet.

"Now this is what I'm talking about. Come at me with all you got." The vampire says laughing as he drops me and gets ready for Asher. Asher takes a step then disappears and reappears behind the vampire who is stunted as he looked around. Before he can process where Asher is his heart is being ripped out of his chest. I look away not wanting to see the gore.

"Athena are you okay." Asher says walking over to me as I was brushing off my knees but he couldn't get to me because an invisible force field pushed us away and i knocked my head on a rock and lost consciousness.

The screen soon turned black as all the other memories flooded in. I looked up at the woman with tears in my eyes.

"Athena who am I?" She asks smiling and opening her arms once more.

"Moon Goddess Naeema." I say as I hugged her.

"Look over there." she says as I turned to see Asher running towards me. "Go reunite with you twin."

I hesitated what about the curse wouldn't it stop me. Before I could think about it arms engulfed me.

"How are you able to touch me?" I ask.

"I don't know but I'm so glad to see you again." He says looking at me. He was the part that I was missing.

"Now listen to me you two need to reunite in real life. You may only be allowed to touch in this realm but I'm sure you too are powerful enough to break the curse that has been past down for generations. There is something coming and you'll need each other." the moon goddess says as I felt my consciousness coming back to me. I looked over to Asher and smiled.

"Till we meet out there." I say and he nods as i began to open my eyes.
