"But why will he do that? Aren't you supposed to get a higher position in your company so he could teach you how to manage it?" Evan asked.
Technically, Eli could overtake and start managing the company for Han-Zhou Entertainment, but Ririna and Jared had to talk about it at their next stockholders' meeting next Monday.
"He wants me to be hands-on and participate in every meeting and deal he will have." Ririna sighed. At least while working for him, she would have a leeway to check on their son without worrying about her workload.
"Ririna as a secretary? Now that's the most ridiculous thing I heard today." Erica opened another can of beer, but Louie took it from her hand. "Hey! That is mine! Get yours," she told him.
"Yep. The witch was demoted by her own devil." Aya agreed.
"Aren't you afraid that the investors and creditors will think that it was only a marriage of convenience? I've got to tell you that I'm having second thoughts about this plan of yours."
