The Resolution.

EARLIER DURING THE DAY...

<CONFERENCE ROOM, PRESIDENT'S OFFICE, OCEANDIRE, MASAN>

Mayor Creed King barged into the room, striding proudly to the seat dedicated to him.

"Here is a colleague who feels he can walk in anytime he feels like, I hope you do realize that this meeting is meant to have begun an hour ago right? Creed King," Mayor Barry Jimmy, the Mayor of Oceandire said, folding his hands as he rested his back on the head of his seat.

"I am a busy man, and I am coming all the way from Hilldale, you leave at Oceandire here, so I am sure that's enough to keep you shut," Mayor Creed said out, he was known and detested for his arrogance, which he never tried to work on.

"Creed, I am coming from Seacull, and I am sure you know that place is much farther than Hilldale, yet I made it here as early as I could, we are all working, you shouldn't have an excuse to cover up for your tardiness," Mayor Noah Ban said, giving Mayor Creed a grim look in his face.

"Why do you all always attack me, this meeting isn't the first, this is going to be the eighth time we would meet over this same issue, I don't think I have a reason to hurry for this meeting, I am tired of it,"

"Everyone should keep shut, the meeting would start now that Mayor Creed is here," The President of Masan yelled, hitting his hand on the table.

Every gathering they had, there was always a controversy amongst the Mayor of each city, and that was starting to piss the President off.

"As you all know, it is only our country that hasn't come up with a solution to this problem, In Mallamia, all the countries accepted to leave it to the guards that were kept in charge of taking care of the Beasts at the hospitals, and as poor as the countries at Floyde are, they still came up with solutions to theirs also, even the other countries at Lude are coming up with ways to take care of theirs, only our Country, Masan have a problem coming up with a remedy to our problem," The Speaker said, holding a piece of paper in her hands.

"The guards in charge of taking care of the newborn beasts have been ruled out since they claim the work on their hands is too much," The speaker added,

"We can't blame them, the cases of Newborn Beasts are much more rampant here than it is at other cities, we can't do anything about it," One of the Mayors said, adjusting his tie.

"We can't put the army in charge since their workload isn't little... But, of all the countries, Masan should not have a problem with all these, Mayor Creed had dropped a very good suggestion at the last meeting we held, the Zoo Keepers, but I don't seem to understand why some of us are still against it," The speaker added.

"We can't leave Beasts to take care of Beasts, you know, at some point, when Beasts become more at Masan, we won't have a solution to it," Mayor Barry Jimmy spoke out.

"And that's why we need them, we all know that the Zoo Keepers have been assassinating Beasts at Hilldale, and that's enough for us to know that they are with us, and that's also why we have upper hand in this country. We all know that it isn't possible to slay all the newborn Beasts, some might eventually escape it and if that keeps happening, a time would come when Beasts would go on a splurge. We have the Zoo Keepers, as they are the only ones that can counter the Beasts that are alive now," Mayor Creed said confidently, his legs crossed, and his shoulders raised.

"Well, I agree with Creed,"

"But, what if they all join hands to go against us?" Mayor Barry added.

"I have said enough to prove they can't go against us,"

"Should we cast a vote to decide? If you would want the Zoo Keepers to take care of it, write it down, if you don't want them to take care of it write it down, but if the vote of the latter wins, we would have to meet again another day," The speaker said, and they all agreed.

Each of them in that hall wrote what they wanted in a paper, slotting it into a ballot box to vote.

"Now that the voting is complete, we would hear the results when it's ready."

BACK IN THE COUNTRYSIDE AT HILLDALE

When Denzel began to fight with the team of six, Owl flew up, gliding in the sky as he watched Denzel's fight with them.

"I would kill them all and then kill Denzel also, then I would tell Leia that he couldn't make it, at least there aren't security cameras here, Leia can't know what is going on in the countryside," Owl said, while he was still gliding in the sky.

Owl continued to watch the fight, he expected Denzel to face his constant fear, his inability to kill.

"Huh?" Owl said when he noticed that Denzel had successfully beaten the rest of the team, he hadn't expected him to still be able to fight after what happened between Damien and Denzel.

"Did he kill them? No, Denzel is that weak-hearted, he won't be able to kill them, but let's wait and see"

Owl continued to watch until he saw Denzel walk away, and he felt that Denzel had chosen to run away.

"Huh?" Owl halted when he saw that Denzel came back with a pile of sticks and some roped hung over his shoulder.

Denzel began to tie the team members, leaving their hands free, and them timing a stick in the palm of their hands.

"What the hell is he doing?" Owl continued to watch, till Denzel lit the fire around them, and by then he could make out what Denzel wanted to do.

"Wow, he isn't that stupid, he actually came up with a way to end their life without actually killing them... Guess I would keep on watching him," Owl spread his wings to hold him in a spot, making him glide in a spot.

Owl saw how Denzel actually enticed them to kill themselves, and he smiled.

"But, so painful that this is the only time he would be able to do that, he is going to die soon,"

Owl waited till the last one killed himself, and he flew down, landing just behind Denzel.

"Where do you think you are going? Your fight isn't over yet," Owl said, standing to his feet.

"Huh? Owl, What do you mean? I mean, I successfully killed the people that you assigned to me, I guess I should go and rest now,"

"No, you are going nowhere, you have to fight me, If you kill me then you can live your own life,"

"What do you mean?"

"You are going to die here if you can't kill me"

"Is this what Leia schemed from the start? To toy with me and then Kill me in the end?"

"Maybe, and it might not be her, I might just want to kill you myself, there is no need for to know since you are going to die soon," Owl began to crack his knuckles, tilting his neck to crack it also.

"Hmm, I knew something was up with that lad, what are going to do now Denzel?" Denzel heard the voice in his head again, and Denzel looked up shocked.

"Mical, you mean that you knew they were scheming this against me and you said nothing?"

"It's a pain killing the fun, I enjoy moments like these,"

"Michael, why are you just stupid? What do you want me to do now?"

"Do you need my help to get back at him?"

"Yes, I need your power,"

"Haha, this is what I love most about moments like these, the time I get to shine,"

"What the hell are you ranting right now?" Owl saw how Denzel kept chatting with his Beast, it kind of pissed him off, but he calmed himself, feeling like he would get to kill him any moment.

"Denzel, why don't you come at me?"

"Don't worry I will..." Denzel said to Owl looking back up a bit, "Mical, let's go,"

Denzel ran towards Owl, squatting a bit as he always did, but as usual, Owl already knew Denzel's main move, he immediately sent his leg forward to kick Denzel before he got to him.

When Denzel ran, he was faster than he normally was, his whole body felt light, and he also knew that Owl knew his signature move, the moment he bent, he knew Owl was going to attack him from below, so he jumped up immediately he squatted.

Everything happened in like two seconds, it left Owl shocked, he didn't expect Denzel to be that fast, and the moment his leg kicked nothing, he lost his balance a bit.

'Was Denzel always this fast or is it just his Eagle's strength that is helping him now that it has been woken up? He hasn't even synchronised, so how is he this fast?'

Owl was still thinking when he felt a very heavy kick at the back of his head. He panicked. At that moment, he saw that it wasn't the Denzel he fought with some days ago, he was already much stronger.

'How strong is his Eagle? Or how gifted is he? He is not supposed to get this strong in just a short period, it is just about two months since he finally woke his Eagle up, so how did he get this strong? He even talks with his Eagle like some lost friend, did I make another mistake?' Owl thought the moment Denzel sent another attack to him. They weren't just soft attacks, the attack was strong enough to knock an average man down.

Whilst Denzel kept attacking him, Owl quickly dodged, moving far away from Denzel.
