Problems After Problems

(Kakashi POV)

I don't know what happened after I lost my consciousness. My body felt so filled with power that it was going to burst but now…. now I feel free, free of worry, and free of responsibility. As I walked forward slowly, I saw a fire with a familiar back standing in front of me.

"Is that you Kakashi?" – The figure asked as I released a small sigh.

"Heh… so this is where you were." – I spoke as I made my way forward

"Now that we are both here, will you share your story?" – The white-haired man asked.

"Sure, but it's a long story, with a weird ending, so I want to take my time." – I said as a smile made its way to my face.

"Yeah… that's fine." – The man said as he smiles lightly.

(MC POV)

As I made to retreat from the scene a window appeared in front of me from the system.

[You have gained access to a separate dimension. Current users: 2. Due to this ability depending on your eye, you have not gained any understanding of Space-Time. Your talent in it remains at Low and is entirely dependent on your eye. Would you like to see available abilities that can be activated using the eye?]

'Huh? And why didn't this appear when I acquired the other Mangekyou I wonder?' – I asked in my mind as I mulled over it.

[Answer: Even amongst other Mangekyou, Kamui remains the strongest on its own. Kotoamatsukami has a long cooldown period and it's labeled as a powerful one-time card in a battle that most high-tier enemies can block. Many of them have acquired treasures or abilities that will protect their minds 24/7. Shinobi are still humans, they have merely gained some level of power. Kamui is able to work even in sealed space due to its anchor being the owner's eyes. While the eye is intact it is impossible to disconnect the owner from the dimension.]

'Then go ahead and show me the reason that you value this pair of eyes so highly as to put them on top of the other.' – While the 'strongest' was dependent on the point of view, as many of the other Sharingan users had far more powerful and destructive abilities, for me there was definitely something that moved Kamui to the top. If you were looking to survive, it was the ability to go to. From the memories in my head, as long as I gathered both eyes, even Kaguya wouldn't be able to touch me. As for the five-time limit… it would have to be tested, but I believed my body could handle much longer times than some flimsy half-dead human body.

[

-Kamui: Might and Majesty of The Gods (To be on another level, untouchable by those beneath you.)

---->Teleport(Long-Range): Ability to teleport objects that are within your field of view.

---->Intangible(Long-Range): Applying intangibility to an object by teleporting parts of it that come into contact with something to Kamui dimension. (Requires continuous usage of eye and supply of chakra.)

]

[Congratulations: Being able to access the Kamui dimension has given you the opportunity to escape the future clash between worlds. You have secured a way to safety.]

'Well, isn't that great, and do I just continue my eternity locked in a cage?' – Though considering my options, it would be my alternative if I couldn't cross to our visitors' world or defend this one. Spending some hundreds of millions of years in a separate dimension, maybe someone would find me eventually. The amount of training I could get done would be very rewarding during that time.

As I thought about it, I made my way retracing Kakashi's route. My clone would soon get the news of Kakashi's demise and things would go back on track until the time came to attack Iwagakure.

Nevertheless, the number of obstacles getting in my way was slowly but surely increasing. I needed to push the story through and unseal Kaguya, but sadly only Black Zetsu knew how to do it, and I didn't hold my hopes high on consuming or brainwashing a plant, meaning I might have to team up with it for the foreseeable future.

As I traveled for a while, jumping from tree to tree as the sun shined on the clear blue sky, I dropped into an open field, containing one unmarked grave.

I walked to the grave, lifting the gravestone, and reached under it to grab what Kakashi had left behind but it was empty.

'Well, that settles it, Jiraya now knows I sent Kakashi to his death and will be much more careful. Kakashi spent the night on purpose to give the agent time to retrieve the message even if he was somehow forced to spill where he left it afterward. I thought I was fast enough to get it in time, but it seems I am a step too late. That toad pervert is going to become much more bothersome after today.' – I thought to myself as I sighed.

Even with 10 of me going around to micromanage most situations, it was still impossible for everything to go to plan.

-------------------------------

(Naruto POV)

The old pervert was gone once again as I was left to train my chakra control by myself. The Hokage said that the old pervert was strong but I couldn't see it. I rather get trained by him than waste my time trying to get the pervert to train me. All he did was let me try and figure things out by myself.

As I continued to try and further train myself, I felt as if someone was watching me from afar, an uncomfortable feeling making its way inside me. I wasn't sure what was going on, but it wasn't something good. Something felt very wrong but currently, I couldn't even ask the pervert.

I would have to ask him when he came back as it felt really bad, and whatever it was, it was only getting worse.

As I looked around I couldn't see anyone on the open field, not even on the trees nearby. The feeling of being watched left as soon as it came, but the bad feeling it left behind remained just the same.

(A/N: Didn't really have time to edit this one to make it connect better, as I've finished only half of my exams during the previous week. I found some time to write today but I don't know if the next one will be before next Saturday. Hope you enjoyed it and have a good weekend.)
