Deception!

(3rd Person POV - 5 minutes before the Invasion on Iwa.)

"Earth Style: Weighted Boulder Jutsu." – As Kei smiled, the fall of the walls suddenly accelerated, heading straight for the Iwa shinobi.

Wasting no time, he continued climbing upwards, until he located the largest and closest mass of chakra directly below his, the falling wall separating them.

While he couldn't hear him, Kei could sense the chakra flowing into the wall, making it lighter as he suddenly crouched, located his target carefully, and jumped.

Stopping the flow of chakra that would help the ground Kei touched ignore his actual weight, Kei headed straight into the wall, breaking through it with sheer weight and momentum.

As the Tsuchikage felt something wrong from the vibrations in the wall, he had no choice but to continue holding up the falling wall to save the Iwa shinobi below him. Just as a few seconds passed, where the Tsuchikages hand connected with the wall, a hand broke through it, grabbing the Tsuchikage's hand in an iron grip.

As one hand was faster than the other, the Tsuchikage pulled his other hand, just as another hand broke through the wall trying to grab it, missing by a few centimeters.

"Quick for an old man, but not quick enough." – The Tsuchikage heard as the portion of the wall he was holding up shattered and The Hokage came out smiling, still holding his right hand in an iron grip.

Cracks continued along the wall as it shattered into many large pieces, heading towards the Iwa shinobi like a meteor shower. Albeit much weaker, the sheer size of the pieces and their momentum made them deadly.

*BANG*

A huge shockwave impacted the ground, the other walls having fallen on the ground, smashing into most of the Iwa shinobi forces. But not the Kages, still in mid-air, as they continued falling.

As the Tsuchikage thought about the falling debris, he suddenly started falling as the hand grabbing him tightened until a crack noise was heard.

*CRACK*

"Earth Style: Weighted Boulder Jutsu."

"What's wrong? Do you need both hands to use your precious bloodline?"

And with the taunt, he felt a pull as they both hit the ground, the Tsuchikage lacking the physical strength or free hand to do anything, was pulled slightly, as his grabbed arm touched the ground, the Hokage who had rotated slightly, aimed his other arm and chopped down, putting his weight on it, breaking the elbow as his weight fell on it.

*CRACK*

Feeling extreme pain, Onoki tried to retaliate by pulling a kunai and stabbing straight, being deflected immediately as Kei pulled on the Tsuchikage's broken arm.

The arm had become completely unusable, only able to be swang by rotating the body. Still, the Hokage did not let go of the arm, using it as a binding rope to inflict more pain on the Tsuchikage.

Closing the arm holding the Tsuchikage's hand into a fist, more crunches were heard as the Hokage started to use both of his fists to brutalize Onoki, one of the punches dragging along the broken arm.

The Tsuchikage's small frame came in favor of him dodging some hits but still took many in his body and face as each fist felt like a boulder. His vision soon became blurry.

The degree of the giant wall falling, the sheer power of the shockwave, the hand-to-hand fight with neither of them using chakra, made it impossible for the surviving Iwa shinobi to locate the Tsuchikage and Hokage amongst the debris.

He could no longer feel the pain but found it hard to move especially without dispelling the Weightened Boulder Jutsu cast on him.

As the Hokage prepared to land a finishing blow, the earth shook with another explosion far in the distance, breaking the foothold he had, his weight sinking his leg fast and his attack missing.

*BOOM*

Onoki heard the direction of the explosion originating from where Iwagakure was, his eyes focused and he stretched his functioning arm to the slipping Hokage's back, drawing his sword and with a pull, cutting his own useless arm off as he backed up quickly.

The weight on his shoulder was lifted shortly after as he took to the air, just as the Hokage regained his footing. And chains burst from the ground, a much smaller barrier blocking the Tsuchikage from climbing higher and the Iwa forces from disturbing them any time soon.

"You have got to be shitting me." – The Hokage cursed in murmurs.

Without looking back the Tsuchikage looked at the Hokage with grave eyes.

"What have you done?!" – He asked.

"What the previous Hokage should have done a long time ago. I fired the first shot… and I hit the mark." – the Godaime Hokage replied with a smirk on his face.

"Do you think the other villages will just stand by?"

"Of course not. With today's attack, Iwa will become the easiest military target of the Five Great Shinobi Villages. While Kiri might not be interested in you with the distance that spans, I'm sure Kumo and Suna will not think so much. Not to mention the smaller villages that can put pressure on you after tonight. Iwagakure will be a Great Hidden Village is nothing but name… of course, it doesn't have to be that drastic." – The Hokage spoke as his smile widened.

Onoki stood quietly for a minute before another explosion shook the ground, a giant dust cloud rising in the distance amidst the sky that looked on fire.

"… What are your terms?"

"Simple, I only want you. Die, here and now, and I will not only pull back the forces currently besieging Iwa, but I will also spare the shinobi currently trapped in here. Not to mention sparing the life of your granddaughter and your unborn great-grandson. I will also support her in gaining the Tsuchikage seat. You more than all should understand how powerless she will be once you are gone, Iwa is led by power, and until now your bloodline represented that but once you are gone...."

Unknown to the Tsuchikage, Konoha had not brought enough forces to destroy Iwa once and for all, lacking in logistics as well as troops for a drawn-out conflict. The moment the Tsuchikage's tower was destroyed, the Konoha shinobi forces initiated a full retreat. Sadly for him, this was known only to one person inside the seal, the Hokage.

"And if I choose to fight?" – The Tsuchikage asked once again.

"Iwa will be razed to the ground, your bloodline will cease by my own hand, born and unborn, and there is nothing you can do about this. You no longer have the power to stop me. Not even the minimum at this moment. Even if you somehow did force me to lower the barrier and retreat. The Konoha forces will continue forwards… and I doubt you will have the chakra or even lifespan to get back to Iwa." – The Hokage retorted looking at the sorry and brutalized sight of the Tsuchikage.

The Tsuchikage's expression remained stoic, he flew down to the ground and called out someone as the Hokage dismissed the smaller barrier, still keeping his alertness to raise it at any moment. Both of them knew he could block any reinforcements or attempt of Onoki to leave in time.

"Kumiko." – A few moments after he called, an anbu commander flickered beside him.

"Yes, Tsuchikage-sama."

"Watch over Kurotsuchi and her child…"

"…yes… Tsuchikage-sama…" – The anbu commander said as she tightened her fist over her heart.

Looking at the Hokage, the Tsuchikage spoke once more.

"Do I have your word as Godaime Hokage of Konoha that you will keep to what you promised here?"

The Hokage's smile fell as he responded with a serious face.

"You have my word."

Without thinking again, Onoki of Both Scales, the Sandaime Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, rotated the blade that he had taken from the Godaime Hokage and stabbed himself through the heart.

The one-armed body of Onoki fell to its knees, blood flowing through his arm, chest, and mouth as he received the looks of the injured shinobi who had heard his call to the anbu commander and barely made their way fast enough.

With a small collision sound, Onoki's dead body crashed into the ground.

'Despite being a military dictator, he will do anything for Iwa and especially for his family… even give his life. For your life to be tied down so badly… pathetic.' – The Hokage thought as he moved to the anbu commander whose body remained still and fist remained clenched.

Under her surprised eyes, with an incredible speed, he grabbed her neck and broke it in one fell swoop.

'Neji's Byakugan distance is currently around 800m, I told the clone to make sure he is incapacitated in any case so it shouldn't be a problem. As for the Iwa shinobi, I never intended to let them leave here alive… '

Looking at the furious and yet despairing eyes of the Iwa shinobi, Kei disappeared from their view as a massacre ensued shortly after.

'Giving someone your word... merely an empty gesture. As long as there are no reprecausions, nothing stops me from simply breaking it once I have what I want.'

In the end, from the giant golden barrier formed with countless chains, only two people walked out alive, the Godaime Hokage and an unconscious Neji. The battlefield was devastated but surprisingly… no corpse could be seen in it.
