Chapter 74 Did He Bully You?

Right when the argument was about to get heated, Elsie woke up in a daze. Immediately, Charlie was forgotten as Gracie turned to ask worriedly, "Elsie, how do you feel?"

"Water..." Elsie croaked, her throat severely dry. Charlie hurriedly poured a glass of water and handed it to her, then she finally felt better after quenching her thirst. Gracie took the cup from her and asked, "Did this guy over here bully you?"

Elsie shook her head and looked at Charlie. "Thank you, Mr. Gardner, for sending me to the hospital. I'm feeling much better. You may leave now."

When he didn't budge, she had no choice but to find an excuse to kick him out. "I have something to say to Gracie. Mr. Gardner, please leave."

Even after a moment of hesitation, he still refused to leave. At last, Gracie had enough of it and said rudely, "Mr. Gardner, don't you understand human language? Hurry up and leave!"
