She hung up the phone before I could even say goodbye. "What was that about? It seemed like an interesting conversation." Storm said. "It was. Diamond asked me to be her maid of honor and she wanted to tell me about a party her parents are throwing. Apparently as part of the party, you and Diamond's mate will be apart of an inauguration and officially join the pack."
Storm completely froze and looked at me with food still in his mouth after hearing what I said. "Are you serious? Your father is actually letting me join the pack?" he asked after he swallowed his food slowly. I nodded and he had a smile on his face. "It seems like your father is warming up to me now." he then said and I laughed. "I mean it's not like he had a choice." I answered and he nodded.
We continued on eating our food and talking for about another ten minutes when it was time to head back to work. We payed and walked back and went our separate ways. Not long after we were both back to hard work.
