38 New Member Joins

About the vote regarding the next new member, there were a lot of suggestions but they rarely overlapped, so the vote failed sadly. I will try to let a nice member join that the people hopefully like.

Oh yes, if you suggest me completely cold blooded members like Fang Yuan, then I will have to change them a bit like Aizen, (So that they have emotions towards one certain aspect at least) otherwise it's boring to write about a cold blooded character if it's not from his own POV showing his thought processes etc.
