Chapter 20

“ENOUGH!” Alpha Clide bellowed out, Victor did not budge holding his nose against my chest so I could not get up.

“Alpha” Bella said meekly, I moved my head to see Anya had shifted back to her human form. Her head was bleeding pretty badly.

The Alpha stopped a moment looking at Anya before giving Bella a sympathetic look.

“Child, she will be okay. Once you shift you become a lot sturdier.” Bella nodded but still looked incredibly worried.

“Laura?” Luna Ashly called out in concern, seeing me under Victor’s wolf she rushed over.

“What is the meaning of this? Alpha Victor? Clide?” She asked, her tone turning hot and angry. Clide looked away nervously from her as Victor seemed to stare into my very soul.

“Clide, you promised me…” Ashly started, venom in her tone as he sighed with defeat.

“Alpha Victor, we spoke about this.” He said in almost a pleading tone before Victor growled moving off me.
