Led me to you

William lie down with a big smile on his lips while Rose sang lazily while patting William's stomach softly.

"Oh, like I'm having a big baby." She grumbled but William seemed to be on purpose, instead, he said teasingly, "What's that hoarse voice?"

"Just sleep, don't complain too much!" Rose protested, not forgetting that she also pinched William's stomach hard enough that William winced in pain.

"Have you ever loved a girl?" Asked Rose after getting tired of singing and William still didn't sleep.

"Of course," William replied casually.

"I am strange of course I love a girl not a man." The line was unexpected and a little joking but that didn't make Rose laugh at all.

"Then where is the girl now?" Rose asked.

"Somewhere in the corner of my heart."

"Do you still love her?"

"I didn't say I had stopped loving her."

Rose was silent, there was an uncomfortable feeling in her heart that she didn't understand, but Rose chose to ignore the nagging feeling by asking again, "Why don't you just chase after her and interfere with my life instead?"

"I wanted to but my way of life led me to you." William replied his tone changed again as his eyes opened again.

"So it wasn't because of your love that you came to me?"

William didn't answer, he got up and look Rose deeply.

"What kind of love do you want?"

Rose couldn't answer, she chose to get up and avoid William but William held her and gripped her wrist quite tightly.

"It would be better if you didn't fall in love with me."

Rose seemed to have lost her heartbeat, the words that William said pierced her chest and made her feel tight as if William had just said goodbye at the beginning of the relationship.

"It would be better if we didn't get married." Rose said firmly, stepped out of the room even though she had to limp.

William could only stare at Rose's body which had disappeared behind the door.

What kind of marital relationship will be established in the future? William just wants everything to go according to plan so that no one will be hurt except for Rose's lover because after all she will become a victim of his selfishness but William can't help it, his longing for his brother urges him from within and hurts him every second.

For Rose, he just doesn't want Rose to suffer because of his greedy parents, William just wants to free her so that Rose can stand on her own feet someday, get the freedom and happiness she wants, not like a bird in a golden cage like now.

It was the last conversation between Rose and William.

William had finally moved into the Alexander family's luxury apartment in the center of town and Rose was busy with preparations for her concert again in five hours.

William immediately moved as soon as he drove Rose home that morning and this was the fourth day they had not seen each other at all.

Sometimes Rose's thoughts are disturbed about William, the man disappears like being swallowed by the earth, it seems William has given up and chose to go back to the country where he grew up.

As for her and Rayhan's relationship, they are like a cold war. When they meet or pass each other, neither of them greets or looks at each other.

Rayhan still feels disappointed in Rose and feels betrayed and Rose feels the same disappointment with Rayhan's rude attitude.

Rose had just finished her last rehearsal on stage with a row of audience seats in a soccer stadium that had been conjured up to be the location where her concert was held.

By this time Rose was already in the make-up room and getting ready.

"You look gloomy behind this, do your legs still hurt?" Rini asked worried.

"It's getting better, I'll be fine at the concert so calm down." Answered Rose.

"Don't push yourself, I know this concert is very important but your health is a thousand times more important."

"Oh look, my Rini is very caring. My mother should have adopted you as her daughter too so that we can become brothers." Rose jokes.

"What are you saying? I've thought of you like my own sister for a long time."

"I know, that's why I love you."

"You don't love me too?" asked someone standing in the doorway.

Everyone in the room immediately left the room after Rayhan gave the code to leave him alone with Rose.

Rayhan then stepped closer to Rose and leaned against the wall while looking at Rose who was sitting not far from where he was standing.

It looks like Rose is still wearing the necklace he gave her before. Does that mean Rose still loves him and hasn't turned her back on him?

"I was looking for you and I was waiting for you like a stupid man in front of your house then your mother came and said that the woman I was waiting for was staying with her future husband. My heart was numb at that time." Rayhan's story.

Rose never knew if Rayhan was looking for her on the day she was staying with William.

"Your cell phone." Rayhan said while placing Rose's cellphone on the dressing table in front of Rose.

"You don't want to explain something to me?" Rayhan asked again while tapping his fingers on Rose's dressing table.

"Would you believe me if I explained it? If your goal is to yell at me and be rude to me again, you won't get any answers." Said Rose who was trying to calm down and not cry, even Rayhan still didn't want to apologize to her first and still had suspicions about her.

There was silence for a while until Rayhan finally spoke again, "I'm jealous to death. I was afraid you'd leave me."

"Your fear actually made me think of leaving you." Rose said slowly, making Rayhan disappointed and sad.

"If I didn't love you with all my heart then I would have left you." Said Rose again.

"Forgive me." Rayhan finally touched the backs of Rose's hands and looked at her regretfully.

"I will not hurt you again. I promise for the sake of my own life, I will never doubt your loyalty again." Rayhan continued convincingly.

"I was wrong on this too. I'm sorry for making you jealous." Rose finally opened her heart again.

She forgave Rayhan and hugged him tightly.

"Let's get married and live happily," Rayhan said, he couldn't hold back his tears.

His heart was tormented because he kept ignoring Rose, until he finally realized that he couldn't live without Rose by his side.

Finally the concert started, although her leg still hurt but Rose still tried to be professional and hide the pain in her ankle.

According to Rayhan's plan, he will propose to Rose at the end of Rose's concert. Everything was prepared and organized.

Rose had finished some of her songs, the cheers of the thousands of spectators sounded muffled.

This is the last song, Rose is getting more and more nervous as her proposal event is getting closer.

The people behind the stage were ready because right at the end of the song the lights would go out and Rayhan would come with flowers and propose to her.

Rose and Rayhan are going against the world, by bringing the public with them Rose's parents can't oppose.

Rose was still singing when suddenly the lights went out even though the song had not yet been sung.

Rayhan seemed impatient to propose to her.

Rose could only pretend to be confused by the situation while the audience was boisterous as the atmosphere turned pitch black.

A blazing firelight hit Rose's body, making her glow in a beautiful silver dress.

Then a flashlight came back on and hit the body of a man walking from behind the stage with a bunch of white roses in his hand.

Rose smiled amused to see Rayhan wearing a mask but he tried to remain calm.

The man then gave the flower to Rose and then reached out his hand and led her to dance to the rhythm of the music playing.

The strong hands felt Rose's small waist and took her in his arms and then lifted Rose's body so that Rose didn't have to dance and only followed the movements of the masked man who Rose believed was Rayhan.

Soon they were dancing, the man lowered Rose slowly and then knelt down while holding out a ring and said, "Marry me, Rosie."
