The explosion expelled fumes in all directions. The smoke billowed from one side of the room to the next in a heartbeat, blanketing the room and the mansion as a whole in ashen dust.

Cyrus violently coughed to expel the unwelcome fumes from his system. Now, he has quickly realised the dire situation he was in. That man, Whiplash, was now infinitely stronger than he was before, almost as if he was a completely different person. He needed to get out of here before both he and Masaki either suffocated to death, or were eviscerated by the deranged killer.
Cyrus flicked his wrist, putting up a shield around him that allowed him to breath. His priority now was to escape. In fact, that was his only mission at this current point in time. With his magical eyes, he swiftly located Masaki. His body was limp, appearing to have lost consciousness. Without hesitation, he dashed toward Masaki. However, out of the blue…
