Progenitor: I can birth to other races

Just another generic trashy novel Anyways here's the plot. Alfred Arche, a normal senior high-school student, with multitude of unnecessary knowledge due to spending his time on the internet, suddenly gets a system. What will be the first reaction of our Main character to this cliche? Anyways, this is an urban survival novel right now, but it might change later on, maybe? Author note: I don't really know what got into me when I named this book, sound just like a chinese novel right?

Ch. 6 Sign-in reward

Alfred's POV

[(Hint - Host can just think of a specific race and a system panel will show up, so Host can explore, the system will compensate any other lacking characteristics with the Host's memory and visualization)]

I see, then what about the sign in system

[(Hint - Host can click on the panel of the desired category of Inherent skill: Sign in)]

Got it, so I just think of the skill...

[Sign in: Skill (1) Race (1) Item (1)]

Okay, let's try Item first...

[(Hint - Inherent skill: Sign in: Category; Item invoked)]

After that message, I see a loading bar, hopefully this one doesn't stop at 99% like my games at home.

1%...30%...80%...99%

And when it hit 100%, I saw a message

[Item loading into reality... Host please hold out your hand and say, "Receive Item"]

Allright, so I hold out my hand, and

"Receive Item!" I said

After that, I saw something appearing in my hand, but it did not just pop out like I expected it too.

It materialized with a glitch effect, it seemed so illusory at first but when the whole item appeared, I was convinced that it was real.

[Item Recieved]

It was an orb like item with a purplish shine and it was cold, it also emitted a sinister aura like it came from an abandoned graveyard. It's size is similar to what a fortune teller's orb you see in movies or cut scenes in games

[Item - Phylactery: A necessary Item in order to become a Lich, it can also be used as an Item to channel magic.

Contrary popular belief, a Lich's Phylactery doesn't house a Lich's soul, as it only houses their Mana, not their soul.

Arcane and Summoning magic has 150% bonus when this item is used to channel magic.

Magic related to darkness, death, the occult, and demonic entities has 300% bonus whether it's de-buff, buff, healing, attack or defense magic when this Item is used to channel magic.

You cannot channel Magic related to light, life, religion, and divinity with this item]

I see, so the Item category of my Sign in skill can get this kind of end game item, by the way, if the Phylactery doesn't house the soul, then where do they house it?

[(Hint - A Lich simply does not house their soul, a Lich's soul is in a place similar to the soul of a human or any other living beings)]

What does that mean? Isn't my soul stored in a part of my brain?

[(Hint - Host's soul is in another place, but do not worry, your soul cannot be implicated even by gods and demons)]

If that's the case, then what happens to the "sell your soul to the devil" trope?

[(Hint - Host can sell their soul to any beings with an authority for it, but there is always a time limit as they cannot force you to be there for eternity)]

I see, so who is deciding this laws and codes? And is this information only available to me?

[(Hint - The Universal Law and no Host, this information is available to any beings bound with the basic system)]

Basic system? Also what is this Universal Law

[(Hint - The basic system is granted to players, a unique feature to distinguish the basic system is the green Status screen, the system the Host has belong to {redacted} system, and the Universal Law is the Universal Law)]

Hmm? Is it broken?

[(Hint - This is the limit the system can disclose, as it is not directly connected to your Class, Skills, Items, and/or Situation]

I see, well no use trying to pry over something I cannot even begin to understand.

Okay, time to draw again, I guess I'll go with skill this time. But first let's keep this safe.

I took off my polo and placed the orb and wrapped it in there.

Okay, time to draw!

[Sign in: Skill (1) Race (1) Item (0)]

So if I exhaust all the draw of a category it shows zero? Well, time to draw the skill.

[(Hint - Inherent skill: Sign in: Category; Skill invoked)]

I see the loading screen again

1%...40%...70%...100%

[Skill adapting to {redacted} system interface... Skill loaded, Host please say "Receive Skill," please note that it's going to hurt]

Hurt? on the scale of 1 to 10, how much is it going to hurt?

[(Hint - 10 out of 10 multiplied by 5)]

So it's going to hurt that much? I better notify Hans and Ian to not make them panic when I start screaming.

"Hans, Ian, I am going to activate a skill and it says its going to be painful, so will you please hold me down?" I said to them

"Painful? is it going to help in our situation?" Hans said while holding down the map while Ian on the sink top while Ian is sawing it with the hand saw we got on the tool box

"As far as I know, yes." I said to assure them

"Okay man, we trust you." Hans said

"On the scale of 1 to 10, how much is it going to hurt?" Ian questioned while approaching me that was sitting down on the corner

"I don't know, it'll probably just sting like an ant bite." I said to not make them panic, like a doctor trying to calm a child while holding a needle that is longer than their pinky

"I see, bite this just in case." Ian said while nabbing a handkerchief in his pocket and rolling it to put into my mouth, "Don't worry, it's clean."

"Okay." I said

"Hold me down alright?" I asked to make sure they do that

"Don't worry, we'll hold you down, Hans said while getting on top of me, Man, was he heavy.

"Okay, here I go." I said while getting the rolled down handkerchief to bite down

"Recieb Skil (Receive Skill)" I said in a muffled voice due to me biting down Ian's handkerchief

After I said that I felt warm, u'oh, this is going to hurt, I knew because this was a mainstay in novels with body refining.

Yup, it is starting to hurt a little bit, like something is warming me up inside, now it feels like I am being bitten by a 100 ants, I guess my earlier prediction was right?

And then suddenly, my body jerked, it felt like my muscles was twisting, no, it felt like I was being boiled alive.

Shi-shit, my eyes feel watery and dry at the same time, it feels like exploding, fu-fuck, ca-can't I just pass out?

Bloody hell, now it feels like I am having a seizure, no I already am ages ago, Cr-crap, now I feel like shitting my intestine out.

Now its stomach cramps, shit, it feels like someone is stabbing me inside ME in my guts, is this how periods feel?

Good thing this handkerchief is here, or else I'd had bitten my tounge when my body jerked.

Anyways, how the fuck can I form cohesive sentences in my mind while I'm experiencing this pain.

Damn, now it feels like I've been dropped into lava while at the same time being infiltrated by bullet ants.

After a few minutes of different pains, it finally appeared
