You Said You'll Keep It a Secret!

Ren was sitting on the sofa with a wine glass on his hand while across from him was a girl in the age of 15 with neck length black hair and green eyes holding a cup with orange juice in it.

When Ren caught the little girl named Amano Akari peeking into the crack of the door which he called her in to ask who she was.

The girl told him that she is Sophie's friend which is rare since Sophie isn't the kind of person to socialize with, which is surprising.

The only friend or acquaintance as she calls it is Ellie, another vampire who's very whimsical and the type of person who will just drop in without prior notice.

"Eh? I never knew there's a male vampire! And you look very handsome, you look like a doll" Akari said with enthusiasm, which caused Ren to sweat and kinda afraid.

"this is the first time I've said that I looked like a doll hahaha…" Ren said with a wry smile as he doesn't know how to take the compliment.

"Hey can you wear this?" Akari suddenly pulled out a red tuxedo out of nowhere.

"Eh? Where did you even get that? I'm sure you came here without anything! Are you secretly a mage? Yes I'm sure you're a mage posing as a human!" Ren said as he hid behind the sofa with the wine glass on hand while pointing towards Akari.

"Eh come on, and I'm very sure I'm human" Akari said as she showed off her neck to him.

"See? You can even drink my blood hehehe~" Akari said with a weird giggle.

"I'm very sure humans won't offer themselves as food, you're a very weird Akari but I don't hate it" Ren said with a small smile.

Suddenly Sophie appeared out of nowhere.

"Akari don't let that perverted progenitor drink your blood!" Sophie said as she went between us as she covered Akari with her body.

"What nonsense are you spreading Sophie-chan! I'm not perverted, I just do that to make sure you don't get hurt!" Ren said as he tried to explain.

"Don't believe him Akari he's very perverted specially when he licks your nape… a-and when he sunk his fangs to you y-you'll get addicted" Sophie said with a blush on her face as Akari and Ren looked at Sophie weirdly as Ren though "who's the pervert here"

"Relax Sophie-chan I won't attack Akari -" before Ren could finished speaking Akari cut him off.

"Eh?! Attack me?! Um… yes… but… please be gentle… okay?" Akari said with a slight blush as she offered her neck to him as Sophie and Ren looked at her weirdly.

Ren looked at Sophie whisper "you found a weird friend Sophie-chan"

Which Sophie looked at Ren and said "Aren't you weird yourself"

Which causes Ren to be hit by an imaginary arrow right to the chest as he holds his chest.

"W-What do you mean Sophie-chan? I'm not weird!" Ren defended himself.

"So it's alright to put stocking on a radish and call it normal?" She said with a smug look on her face.

"Gah! … Y-You said you'll keep it a secret!" Ren said, pointing at her.

"Why would Ren put a stocking on a radish?" Akari asked as she tilted her head confusedly.

Sophie was about to answer but he covered her mouth with his hand as he smiled sweetly at Akari as if nothing happened.

"Ahaha… Sophie is being dizzy as she just changed the type of vampire she is so don't mind her Ahahaha…" Ren said with a nervous tone as he looked at Sophie with a hidden meaning "I dare you to talk and I'll drink your blood till you looked like a mummy"

This causes Sophie to start sweating as she doesn't want to get weird even more, if Ren was to do that she will get addicted to the pleasure…

"Haha… I'm so dizzy Ren please help me" Sophie did a clumsy twirl before falling into Ren's arms as she closed her eyes before peeking if Akari was convinced.

"Ooh! I've heard something interesting! You said Sophie changed the type of vampire she is? What do you mean?" Akari asks as she completely forgot what just happened earlier, this causes Ren and Sophie to sigh in relief since Sophie also knows how persistent Akari is.

"O-Oh, yeah that, well Sophie here keeps complaining that she hates the sun and can't get out to do his hobbies" Ren said gaining a weird look from Sophie, who he's princess carried.

"What do you mean by complaining?! You're the one offered to change the type of vampire I am and I accepted because it's convenient and I don't have to use a cloak and parasol! Hmph!" Sophie said as she started to pout.

"Haha… like she said I offered and she accepted" Ren said with a wry smile.

Ren looked at Akari as he said.

"I could offer the same thing to you Akari, while I won't force it on you but just think about it okay?" Ren said as he winked at Akari while Sophie just stayed silent since she doesn't have the right to refuse it for Akari since she doesn't own her.

"Eh? Me? A vampire? I never thought about it" Akari said with a confused face.

Sophie and Ren looked at each other before Sophie said.

"No need to overthink that now Akari, at the end of the day it's just a offer but it will completely change your life and may outlive your family and friends but you can always turn them into a vampire if what's what you want"

Ren looked at his watch before saying " it's already late Akari, don't you have school tomorrow?"

This causes Akari to look at the clock and causes her eyes to widen.

"Eh?! It's already this late?! Um! Good night you two!" As she sprinted towards her room and immediately slept.

"So what's on your mind?" Sophie asked.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Ren said feigning ignorance.

"Don't act dumb Ren I know you" Sophie said, narrowing her eyes clearly showing she's not joking around this causes Ren to release a sigh.

"We're practically immortal Sophie and I know you, the reason why you have no friends is because you're afraid you'll get left behind by them" Ren said as he continued.

"From what I can see, Akari seems to be pretty attached to you, I'm afraid it will come to at some point that she'll regret dying as she didn't want you to be left alone" Ren said causing Sophie to look down in shame.

"I'm sorry" She said as she hugged Ren, to which he reciprocated the affection.

"I'm not mad you idiot, I'm just looking out for the both of you, and you seem to value Akari as a friend, so I offered her to be one of us" Ren said as he rubbed her back causing her eyes to narrow due to the comfort before falling asleep.

Ren notices this, he then brings Sophie to his lap while she's hugging him like a koala to a tree causing Ren to smile warmly.

Ren then grabbed his laptop in his pocket dimension and started to look at some new anime to watch.
